Nice bakery. Owner is super friendly and funny. Makes you fell welcome. It’s a nice play to relax, sit down and talk with friends and family. We were a group of 6. We ordered: croissant sandwiches and pizza. Coffee and sodas. Everything was good. Definitely coming back.

We did a little research and stopped here while in Hartford. We needed cannolis and some cookies for my daughters confirmation party. The second I walked in, it brought me back to being six years old and walking into an Italian bakery. It smelled and looked exactly the same. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was very clean inside. Lots of different cakes, cookies, Italian specialties, etc to try. We ordered a few other things besides the cannolis and cookies. The pizza was better than expected. If you’re getting cannolis, expect to wait a few minutes. They take your order and then fill them as you wait. It is definitely worth the wait.
I didn’t expect to put this in the review, but these are the best cannolis I’ve ever had. They use a ricotta cream Which definitely makes a difference. The chocolate was very good also. You can also add cherries, chocolate chips, or pistachios to the ends of them. I will definitely be returning when I am back in the Hartford area. Five stars!

I dont review on many places often but this bakery right here deserves a great review and much more!!! Besides their cakes and treats tasting amazingly delicious, their customer service is AMAZING!!!
We bought a rum cake for my sister’s birthday. We had a minor issue and let me say they treated us GREAT!!! They baked us a fresh rum cake and although we decided to go with a different flavor than the original, the owner was so nice to give us the fresh rum cake, a chocolate cake, AND goodies at no cost. He went out of his way to make sure that his customers left with a smile on their face!! We can’t thank them enough for such generosity!! Customer service at this level is very rare!! They have set the bar pretty high!!!
If you are ever in Hartford, CT this is a must go to place!!! I promise you won’t regret it! They have amazing treat, cakes, bread and more!! (Also, the best rainbow cookies I’ve ever had)

My husband and I visited the Wallingford location after visiting to the bank next door. The food look delicious, displays were absolutely beautiful but we stood there for 10 minutes and neither worker even acknowledged us. It’s like we were ghost. Somebody needs to explain to the staff that it’s bad form to ignore the customer. At least acknowledge the customer by saying “I’ll be with you in a minute”. We were fully aware you were waiting on another customer.

I walked in to get a birthday fruitcake for a family member 08/13 and they had one left on the shelf. The frosting was good but the fruit was stale and the cake was soggy and tasted bad. People drove an hour to celebrate with us but were disappointed. We did buy some pastries which was good and the staff were pleasant but the cake was awful. First time patronizing them based on a coworker referral but will not be buying cakes from them again. Thank goodness we had some pies for dessert, would’ve been a total disaster!

One of the worst experience I never had before as an Indian. I went to lot of pastry or bakery shops past 3years. This time I faced the weired situation. I just went to store I wish them no response and when I was leaving I wish them again like Thank you they didn’t care, they didn’t smile I feel like may be I am an indian, thats why they were don’t react and Literally I can sense racist behavior…

My partner ordered a full sized tiramisu cake for my birthday and it came frosted in the white whip filling, which wasn’t bad but it was too much and the espresso flavor was VERY weak. I never had any of their single serving tiramisu but it’s not what I’d describe as a tiramisu. 🙁 (oh btw, we put the paper cutouts on at home. That wasn’t done at the bakery.)
