I would give 2 stars only except that their calzones are so excellent. We went in to get a few things and the main gal working there was unwelcoming. When we asked for a mocha, they acted like they’d make us one, but also acted like they had no idea what we were talking about when we asked how many shots of espresso were in it and how much chocolate syrup….and they proceeded to make us what they allowed us to call a mocha, but was charged to us as a macchiato (which, regardless of whether you are a native English speaker or not (and they were) does not sound like the word mocha at all).

Reading the good reviews here, I had high hopes and ended up disappointed. On the plus side, the store is spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There were large selection of cookies and sweet treats. Now the downside: The pastry we ordered were super sweet, as if you are biting into a sugar dough. Also I felt they have been sitting there for a long period of time that have lost its freshness. Another thing it could improve is that putting a label in each of the items would help the customer to know what they order.

Driving by this place a few times with lines out the door, today we are extremely lucky for a slow period to purchase some of their amazing offerings. My wife has been here a few times and everything tastes amazing. Super clean and friendly staff. So many choices that you could come here for a month and still haven’t tried every item. They say there pastries are made fresh daily… they’re not, the taste is bland and stale, don’t waste your money. I’ve come here a couple times in hope of finding something good but sorry I didn’t.
