Maybe they were having a bad day. It took 25 minutes to get appetizers, which was just calimari and prosciutto and mozzarella. Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella was a disappointment. It was just prosciutto slapped on mozzarella. At the very least they could have cut the mozzarella and wrapped it and maybe grilled it a bit make it exciting. I mean it’s called The mozzarella bar! The penne vodka had no salt, I saw a waitress walk by with a bottle of salt and ask if she could put some on my pasta. Skirt steak was dry and the portion was small. We were asked if we wanted water we opted for sparkling and were never asked again. The waitress never checked in. It took another 20min to get the check. It was not very busy at all
Hope the service and the food gets better.

If you’re in the mood for fresh, cheesy Italian comfort food, Mozzarella Bar at American Dream is a great little spot to check out. The place has a bright, modern feel and a menu that’s all about mozzarella done right — think gooey burrata, fresh mozzarella balls, and creamy stracciatella served with simple, tasty toppings like tomatoes, basil, and olive oil. They also have some solid pasta dishes, paninis, and salads if you want something heartier.
I tried the burrata with cherry tomatoes and prosciutto, and it was super fresh and rich without being too heavy — perfect for a mall lunch. The pasta dishes are comforting and well‑portioned, and everything comes out pretty quickly, which is nice when you’re on a tight schedule. Prices are on the higher side for a mall food spot, but the quality and freshness make it feel worth it. Service is friendly and efficient, and it’s a relaxed place to sit and enjoy a nice, cheesy bite between shopping or rides.

We got sat almost immediately on a saturday evening, which was a perk because we were running out of time and wanted to eat at a sit down restaurant quick. The service was fine, they didn’t ask if we wanted any other drink aside from water though and it didn’t look like anyone else had anything aside from water or alcohol. No soft drinks?
The food was fine. Nothing special honestly. Pasta sauce was meh. Sorry but olive garden is more flavorful. The flavor of the food is not really worth the price here, but it served its purpose for us as we just wanted something to eat and the food came out quickly as well which was nice. I probably won’t go back

The servers work very well — fast, attentive, and efficient.
The food overall is about a 3–4 out of 5, decent but with some issues.
The tuna tartare was overly marinated and too salty. Most of the other dishes were on the sweeter side — even the Alfredo pasta, the mashed potatoes with salmon, and the shrimp all had an unexpected sweetness that threw off the flavor.
Overall, it’s an okay spot for a meal in the mall, nothing extraordinary but comfortable.
The Tulum-Tulum cocktail was a highlight — really good.

My family and I had visited Mozzarella Bar at American Dream Mall twice before and had great experiences. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was the complete opposite.
I brought my two daughters, four of their friends, and two other moms. Our waiter Adrian recommended the skirt steak, so three of us ordered it and I ordered penne alla vodka. The kids’ meals slowly came out, but our drinks were forgotten and the wine arrived in a dirty glass that had to be sent back.
After waiting 26 minutes, the steak arrived and it was shocking — tiny slivers of meat that looked like toddler portions. One was mostly jiggly fat and the others were badly overcooked. My pasta never came out at all.
We sent the steak back untouched and asked to speak with a manager. No one came. After waiting 40 minutes, we asked for the check and were simply told “sorry about the wine.”
I eventually had to approach the manager, Italo J. Pastor, myself. He showed zero empathy and repeatedly said, “I’m charging you for the food you ate” and “have a nice day.”
Between the poor food quality, forgotten orders, and extremely dismissive management, I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant if you want to feed your family and children in a timely manner.

We had the Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Marsala, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we tried the flan and tiramisu, and they were excellent as well. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience very enjoyable.

I’ve been here three times. The first time was good, the second time the food was terrible, and today the customer service was absolutely horrible. Despite plenty of seating available, the host refused to seat us and insisted on a 45-minute wait. I am pregnant, and there were clearly multiple open tables, yet we were still asked to wait.
The host’s name was Etiano (or something similar). This experience made it very clear why other restaurants in the mall, like Jarana and Yard House, attract more customers. Mozzarella Bar feels like a backup option rather than a place people choose first.

Hello my Foodies! I saw this place about a year ago and wanted to try it. I finally got the chance this year. It was ok. I believe the pasta is made fresh and the sauce. I never tasted Alfredo the way they make it. Mine usually comes out of can. I know sorry! So the flavor was very different but after a couple of bites it was actually pretty good. That bread and the tomato dip sauce was very delicious. Prices are what you would expect for American Dream so you go on a day you want to treat yourself! The service was good. There weren’t many people when I visited. As I always say try it for yourselves and see..

Fairly good experience. This restaurant is located on the third floor, at the American Dream. When it comes to ambience, you will find it to be very noisy, due to the passing crowds. I would recommended trying to dine on a weekday during the day, if you prefer a more quiet setting.
I would grade the food mediocre. My significant other and I ordered the eggplant Parmesan appetizer. I ordered the fettuccine in red sauce with mozzarella balls mixed in for my entree and my partner ordered a pizza. With both dishes, I could only taste a flavor from the mozz, as the red sauce was very bland. It was a fairly small portion as well. It is a little pricey for what you get, but not unaffordable. Service was adequate and not memorable. In conclusion, this establishment offers a fair meal, but there are likely better dining options inside the mall.

I wish I had a good experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Waited about 40 minutes for our appetizer, which turned out to be actually frozen meatballs. The sauce was very watery, no flavor my daughter’s pasta was horrible. It had no flavor whatsoever. She asked her parmesan cheese, they didn’t have any my daughter’s friend. ordered the fried cheese his reaction to it was cholesterol in a plate. There was so much grease at the bottom of his cheese. Sad part is nobody ever came to ask us how our food was and if we needed anything. And I was surprised at a place like that. They didn’t even offer you bread. We were there for about 2 hours. When it came time to pay, my daughter had to go find the waiter for our check. I will never eat there again. So disappointed in everything
