We’re a self-taught, artisan crafted bakery. Specialty orders are our specialty. We use the high-quality ingredients; spices range from Madagascar to Vietnam. Our frostings and curds are always homemade, we never use American sweet frosting, unless it’s what you request. When you are looking for a custom dessert (cakes, pies, cookies, galettes, breads) call us, we’d love to show you what sets us apart. OUR DESSERTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. We bake out of a commercial kitchen, unfortunately, we don’t have a store front as of YET. We can schedule either deliveries or pickups. We are serve-safe certified, licensed, insured and permitted in the City of Worcester.

I needed a cake for a close friend’s 19th birthday, and Tamara came through and was so helpful. The cake was so professional. I knew I wanted a black and gold cake to match the theme, but didn’t have an exact vision for the cake. The cake came out even better than I could’ve expected. I chose the black frosting but was a little nervous because I’ve tasted black frostings in the past that had a strange taste, but this frosting was actually very delicious and I loved it. She did an amazing job, the flavor was very nice, and I’m so grateful. I will 100% be recommending Mozelle’s Sweet Shoppe to friends and family going forward.

I order a graduation cake for my daughter. The cake was very rich and delicious, nothing like the sugary store cakes. I went for the Oreo filled vanilla cake. Tamara guided me in choosing the flavor that would be best suited for my party. I shared a picture of the design i wanted and she implemented it to perfection – my daughter who is so picky was more than impressed. I loved the detail on the decoration. She packed it very well to avoid any accident during transit. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience! Thank You for making my daughter’s graduation so beautiful!

Tamara did an incredible job with the desserts and cake for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen! Everything was fresh, beautifully designed, and absolutely delicious. The red velvet cake pops were a huge hit with the kids, and the cookies not only looked amazing but tasted even better. She also made cupcakes that were moist, flavorful, and perfectly decorated.

Tamara made the cake and cookies for my sister in law’s baby shower. I found her on google and after reading all her amazing reviews I decided to contact her. I am so very happy I chose Mozelle’s Sweet Shoppe to make a Disney princess cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The appearance of the cake was above and beyond my expectations! I have been looking for a good bakery for special occasion cakes for a while. So many have super sweet, thick icing that overpowers the cake and leaves a Crisco feel in your mouth. I found Mozelle’s online and ordered a cake for my husband and our son who share a birthday. Both love hiking, so I requested a mountain scene for the cake. Tamara was great to work with and the cake she made was a work of art. It was incredibly beautiful! The cake itself was moist, her homemade strawberry puree that was spread between the layers along with fresh strawberries had just the right sweetness and tart. And, the icing was amazing, melted in your mouth, was perfectly balanced and delicious! I’ll definitely order from her again. Highly recommend!

We have had such a lovely experience with Mozelle’s (formerly Berry’s Sweet Confections.) The owner Tamara takes great care to learn more about the event and person for whom her confection will be created. Her cake layers are PERFECT. And she even created a genius ice cream banana “split,” that was actually 3 brilliantly disguised cupcakes with a white chocolate covered banana. She is creative, thoughtful, offers reasonable prices, and is a delight to work with!
