This place is the best! I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews but having tried it at last I’m a believer now. Everything in perfect balance – crunchy “jerky” and soft rare kitfo. Spicy but not overpowering, flavors easily distinguished. Lots more variety on the menu too, compared with local competitors. Portions big enough for a large appetite or to share.

Excellent cuisine from Ethiopia, my favorite being the veggie combo which has six or seven different types of stews, greens, For those that like raw beef, the kitfo is excellent … the fried meats with awaze pepper is also one of my favorites. Shifinfin (which means covered up, ie meats covered in injera and moist light gravy) is a traditional favorite which comes with beef jerky and minced like kitfo beef)
But they save the best for last —the Ethiopian style coffee, which is roasted, ground, and brewed from fresh beans on site tastes like no other espresso you’ve had. Great ambience with comfortable seats and bright interior.
