We came to celebrate two family members birthdays and had a wonderful evening at Moxies. Our server ‘Ireland’ was ‘the best’!
The beet salad with prawns was delicious as was the rack of ribs, however, the grilled chicken bowl was just okay (according to my partner). The atmosphere was pleasant and it was easy to be together without overhearing other table conversations.
Thanks for making our 90th and 50th birthday celebrations super enjoyable 🙂

A really great place!! I don’t usually write reviews, however my boyfriend and I spent our valentines day together on the 15th— our servers were very nice and even comped our dessert!!! Lovely service! (The food was also very tasty!!)

We had a really enjoyable lunch at Moxies. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and we loved sitting out on the patio, which provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The main dishes were very satisfying. We ordered the burger and the ribs, and both were flavorful without being overly salty or overwhelming. It was nice to enjoy dishes that were well-seasoned but still allowed the natural flavors to shine through.
The highlight of the meal for me was the white chocolate brownie. It was rich, decadent, and the perfect way to end the meal.
I was a little disappointed to find out that they no longer offer their churros ice cream, which used to be one of my favorites on their dessert menu. Hopefully, it will make a return in the future, as it was a standout treat.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Moxies for anyone looking for good food, great service, and a lovely patio setting.

We had an incredible meal at Moxies, but Ally truly made the night. Her personality is infectious, and her knowledge of the menu is top-tier.
We followed her recommendations and went with the Thai Salad—it was so yummy, fresh, and flavorful. If you want a great experience, ask for Ally and trust her suggestions!

I come up Moxies on a regular basis for business meetings. I am always impressed with the quality of service by Ally. Everytime she is serving our area, she is anlways super friendly and receptive, remembers my order and is very prompt. Every time. Super impressed and the food is consistently great!

Have a regular business luncheon at Moxies and love the food and our meeting space. What truly takes this lovely establishment miles beyond the food and space however, is our amazing server, Ally! She knows us by name, how we like our coffee, and exceeds expectations on service and friendliness! She is awesome!

Second time I have visited restaurant this month. Food is reasonably good, nice options. I’d say very good quality. Service can be spotty depending on the service staff. First time it was more than excellent this second time around it was slightly less than adequate. After our food was served our server disappeared until we were almost done and were not checked on. I didn’t have a spoon for my soup and our water ran out quickly and she didn’t check up on us until I flagged her down for some attention. It wasn’t even that busy.
The music was very loud when we entered the restaurant but as we were seated at a booth the volume decreased considerably. It became much more comfortable. We ordered a cheeseburger with clam chowder. Burger was excellent and chowder was a bit pasty so I asked for some hot water and a a spoon, and was better. Thai curry noodle bowl was excellent as per the last time I ordered it. I didn’t try it this time but it liked very good. I’d recommend it. Salmon with mashed potatoes looked good and my friend ate it all up. Then we also ordered a full and a half rack of ribs dinner. $30 for half $40 for a full rack. Was tasty and tender. We had two orders of cheese cake but it was just so so. If you come between 2pm-5pm or 9pm to close, they have a happy hour menu. Seems better than most happy hour offerings around town.

Been coming here for years every time I travel to Victoria to visit family. From ownership to managers to service crew and kitchen / this place is really well run. Delicious food and drinks, great service. Always on point!
