Stopped in to get a bite and the waitress didn’t put my full order in. All the food came and she said they were just waiting on fries. I watched as 5 more plates went out. I finally asked for the burger without the fries so my child could eat as we were all done now. When she finally brings over the meal she wrongful put in after she didn’t place an order. I explained it was wrong she said that was so weird. Didn’t rush the correct food and slowly brought it out and not in a Togo box as we were leaving. I then had to request a box and to pay. When our table went to pay we only have 2 checks and we even asked to make sure it was correct which she said yes. When I went to pay it was over 10$ more I told her that was wrong and then she said “oh I mixed up your orders” If I could of choosen not to pay I would have! Absolutely trash service. She was not remorseful and didn’t try to make it right or apologize.

They take far too long to make a simple coffee, just for it to taste like nothing but milk. Horrible experiences multiple times, there are other coffee shops near by I recommend them.

Love the baristas, they’re always so kind. Although they do take a bit longer to make drinks, however the last two times I visited this last month I was under the impression one of them was learning! 🙂

I called my order in at 11:30 am. The young lady that answered the phone was professional and courteous. I asked for the Cranberry Almond Chicken sandwich (which I was sad to learn they don’t make anymore), but got a French Dip instead. I was told 15 minutes and was able to pick it up promptly without a wait. Food was warm & very appealing…good presentation. The meat was a tad overcooked. The bread was fresh & nicely toasted and the cheese was melted just right. The fries were just the perfect amount of crisp. Overall a very good meal. And the staff dealt with were very pleasant. Great experience…thank you!

We waited 30 minutes for two drinks that were so bad we couldn’t even drink them. I am not sure what’s going on with this place considering a lot of the reviews say the same, but please don’t waste your time or money here.

This is the 3rd time I have bought a bacon wrap and it has been ice cold. Not cold like it just cooled down on my 2 min drive home but like cold cold. The person was nice and the coffee was great but they need to figure out a new heating system for their wraps.

Hadn’t been to Moxie in a few years until Kodi started working there. We always get amazing service from Kodi! Even a heart on top this time!! :). She makes the best coffee and it’s always consistent. She’s such a sweet person and it’s always a delight to see her face! Today we also had lunch and the cooks Trent and Logan were so polite. One came out to see how our food was and they were all very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!!

Horrible experience it’s like no one there knows what they are doing! It’s over priced and the wait times are ridiculous. Just went in there for a coffee and the cashier was extremely rude I felt like I was a gigantic inconvenience I’ve never felt so bothersome to a business.
