This cute little shop has a very friendly staff with affordable coffee and sandwiches right in the same spot, it had comfortable seating, and a very clean atmosphere. I’m not a big fan of the moxie Java coffee but the white chocolate mocha from here was very sweet and refreshing.

Wanted a Moxie and was in the area so went through the drive thru here. I was hesitant because it was a blimpie-moxie (should’ve trusted my gut) but figured it’s moxie so it can’t be THAT bad.
Famous last words.
Ordered a fairly simple drink I get at my local moxie 2ish times a week on average lately. Only person in the drive thru and it took no joke 15 minutes sitting there waiting.
Secondly they overcharged for the drink, normally with any drink you already get flavor in you get the syrup for free, but they charged for that so it was $1 more than normal. Which you know is whatever, I was willing to look it over like no big deal right.
Well then I finally get the drink (which was in a 3rd party cup by the way, not a moxie cup, again only a minor knock but they’re adding up) and take a sip- horrible. Way too sweet.
I go inside and the worker lady sees me and continues to clean the bar, not even acknowledging me (these little things are now not so little piled up like this). In short, she refused to make a new drink because she made what I ordered, despite the fact it was not at all the same drink I normally get from any other moxie (also I guess she thought I was trying to get a freebie and keep the old one????). So I ask if we can refund the whole thing if it’s gonna be a problem and just call it good. But no, she can’t do refunds and her manager doesn’t like to come in on Sundays (huh?). She ended up remaking it anyways which I appreciated, even though it still was not up to the moxie standard (maybe that’s why they don’t have the actual cups?).
Tldr: this place sucks at customer service. The vibe is fine but you’re risking a bad time. If your order isn’t spot on then you’re cooked.

The car in front of us was handed are drinks at the window. They had the drinks in the car for several minutes while the food order was being prepared. The customer handed are drinks back to the manager. When we pulled up they handed us the same drinks. I told them to remake them because the mix up. The manager was awful rude and did not want to remake them. Finally they did. Horrible experience with the manager.

I received very poor service from this Meridian store. I left the house in the worst snow that we have seen in the Treasure Valley for a special trip to Blimpie. While ordering my sandwich I asked for extra lettuce. When I pulled up to the window there were three individuals at the counter while one made my sandwich. There were no other customers in the store or in the drive thru line behind me. As they made my sandwich they continued to laugh but I did not think much about it. I figured they were likely over staffed due to the weather and were horsing around. After my sandwich was complete and bagged up it was placed on the counter close to the window but the three individuals kept laughing and one by one went into the back room out of my view. I could see the sandwich waiting on the counter and could continue to hear them laughing and talking. We waited in our vehicle for several minutes until one of them finally returned and handed out the sandwich. The weight seemed much heavier than I was used to but I placed the bag on my passenger seat and drove home. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich there was so much lettuce that I at first was unable to see the bread. After sifting through the lettuce I found the sandwich that was now soggy from the wet lettuce that had been wrapped around it. I removed the sandwich from the wrapper and still had 20+ ounces of lettuce within. I cannot possibly begin to illustrate what this looked like so attached a picture for reference. This is a result of three individuals providing the worse customer service possible and giving their location a bad reputation. I love Bimpie and will continue to go for my sandwiches but this is a location that you might want to skip.

The baristas know what I want and are always bright and cheerful.
They use a wonderful roast in all of their coffees. There is even an “Old Man’s” reserved table!

Waited for over fifteen minutes in the drive thru, no line, just one person before us who had one coffee that took six minutes for some reason, then our two coffees took forever. When we finally got them, one was terrible- they forgot the peppermint and the mocha in an iced peppermint mocha. Just a watery iced coffee. Will not visit this location again.

Came in on Father’s Day around 2:30pm. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in and asked about how safe it would be for me to eat here with celiacs disease. I was advised that there was a good chance of cross contamination so I chose not to get a sandwich. The lady that was explaining it to me suddenly became agitated when I said I’d pass on the sandwich and just order a coffee. The eye roll, the sigh, and the dirty looks mixed with whispering to a male coworker when I walked away was just uncomfortable. When I walked over to the coffee counter, I was trying to make small talk with the barista (a completely different employee) so I mentioned how I wasn’t try to be rude by not eat and explaining how sick gluten makes me. She gave me a dirty look and made a snarky comment about how it’s my diet and my choice. Having celiacs disease is having an autoimmune disease and it most definitely is NOT my choice. Eating out is hard for me and it’s even harder when employees are rude about it. My coffee tasted amazing but was NOT worth being treated like an inconvenience or dealing with snobby employees. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I walked into the store asking for one large sandwich. Nothing too much to ask of the 4 people they had on staff, standing around talking. The person slicing the meat took forever to start the sandwich, and hardly even spoke a word. The woman seemed upset, but almost as if she were taking it out on me. As she FINALLY finished the meat and cheese, another young woman asked me how I wanted it and I told her, but she kept putting things on that I didnt order. When i finally got through the line, after 10 minutes, I paid for my sandwich. 10$ for one sandwich??? Ridiculous. The young man helping bag the sandwich made great conversation on the contrary. Each of the other staff looked at me as if I had asked them to liberate Iraq. Its a sandwich, people. I will avoiding this location from now on, as should you.
