Nice place on the second floor of the Cleveland Hotel Autograph Collection with views of the plaza.
I had the Gouda quiche with salad. Nice, tasty and light option.
I sat near a window overlooking the plaza and there was a light snow. It was nice.
My waitress was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. Very attentive and personable.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Mowry inside the Hotel Cleveland. The atmosphere is truly standout—it perfectly honors the hotel’s historic roots, especially with the background music. They play modern covers with a 1920s flare, which really sets a sophisticated yet approachable tone.
A huge shoutout to our server, Amanda. She was fantastic and incredibly attentive—my coffee never even hit the bottom of the mug before she was there to top it off.
As for the food, it was exactly what I wanted. While it wasn’t “over the top” or experimental, I actually mean that as a compliment. It was solid, high-quality, and dependable. In a world of over-complicated menus, it’s nice to go somewhere where you know exactly what to expect and they execute it perfectly.
Highly recommend if you’re staying at the hotel or just in the neighborhood!

The hotel was nice enough to give us a complimentary breakfast since it was our first time staying there and it was kind of a special occasion….which we really appreciated. The meal was great, server was nice, we got waffles for breakfast which were really fluffy and delicious. The atmosphere was very charming and pleasant, a disney vibe or 1800-style vibe. Although we really appreciated that this meal was complimentary for us (thank you very much) —- for those of you who are paying: I would like to mention something about their prices: Google lists this place as “$10-20 range.” I don’t believe that is accurate. Our bill would’ve been $61 for two people. (and part of it is that they serve coffee by default, like without the customer even ordering it, and they charge them for it — well, maybe coffee fits into the restaurant’s style & atmosphere, and I guess it’s just part of the package). But they ought to correct the google-listing of their price range as it is not “$10-20 range.” Other than that, I would definitely give this place a positive review.

Mowrey’s Restaurant is located inside The Hotel Cleveland Marriott. The totally renovated space is posh, relaxing and overlooks the public square. Mowrey’s opened today (4/19/2024) and we had the opportunity to have our breakfast there.
Service was excellent by Renee and Heather. The breakfast menu is really unique and features local fare signature items like corned beef benedicts, kielbasa sausage, potato latkes, Amish butter etc… There is something to meet everyone’s meal plans too ie; egg white omelette, cage free eggs, oats and a variety of fresh fruit among many other items!
Our breakfast was AMAZING!!! Fresh, served hot and packed full of local delicious flavors. Good to note that this is a full service restaurant and we can’t wait to try lunch and dinner here too.
Notable: You can valet your vehicle at the hotel if you’re dining here from out of town!

I went for breakfast the morning of a conference while I was in town. I was very impressed. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, with gorgeous decor and huge picture windows of Public Square. The waitress recommended the German waffle and it was delicious! The breakfast menu is also reasonably priced for a breakfast spot. Very pleased.

Today I took my tastebuds to Mowreys located in the brand Renovated Hotel Cleveland located downtown 24 Public Square, Cleveland, OH. Mowreys is a breakfast/brunch restaurant with a variety of many dishes. The customer service was wonderful really pleasant & helpful. I ordered the German Malted Waffle & it comes with fresh berries and whipped cream. I also had an order of eggs that were amazing scrambled to my liking & plentiful. There was even an option to order turkey sausages as well. Those were hittin as well!! Be sure to check out Mowreys I know you won’t be disappointed. Again thank you all for following this journey and know my reviews are honest and are to inform any potential customer about the many great restaurants I come across and want to bring traffic + attention to the best of the best even the new restaurants they may need some fresh eyes. #Beamenology
