We randomly stopped by Mowgli Tiffin for dinner. The restaurant is quite small, but they were able to accommodate the four of us. We started with pani puri, which was really good, and the mango lassi was the highlight of the meal. I ordered the butter chicken.. it was mild and could have used a bit more salt. The dessert was delicious. Service was decent, especially considering there were only a few staff members and it’s a tiny space. I’d recommend takeout rather than dining in.

What an amazing place. I wish I could give it 10 stars. It took us longer to visit this place, because we were under impression they are mostly vegetarian. This is not correct, they have outstanding lamb and chicken dishes. Service was as good as it gets. I loved every dish we tried. Fresh and high quality ingredients. Unexpected flavors of Indian fusion dishes. Next month they’ll have some fusion with Peruvian cuisine. I can’t wait to try it. Ohh and rose cardamom cream crumble was out of this world. If you read this comment, you must come here, thank me later.

Such a lovely place and an absolute gem. This is one of my favorite spots to slow down and enjoy a proper pot of chai. The masala chai is rich, fragrant, and comforting, exactly what you hope for when you’re craving a true chai experience.

The food is outstanding, especially the Minced Mash. It’s deeply flavorful, perfectly spiced, and incredibly comforting, a beautifully done take on a shepherd’s pie that feels both hearty and thoughtfully prepared.

What really makes this place special, though, is the owner, Amita. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful, and you can feel how much care she puts into everything she does. She takes the time to connect with people, which makes every visit feel personal and genuinely warm.

It’s the kind of place you come back to not just for the food and tea, but for how it makes you feel. Relaxing, inviting, and full of heart. Highly recommend stopping in.

I was in the mood for some Indian food, so I gave this establishment a try. Not a true Indian restaurant, but more of an Indian fusion style. I had the Lamb Merguez Naan Roll. The naan bread was flavorful and soft. The tomato and cucumber confit wS light and added the perfect garnish for the lamb sausage meat. It would have been more enjoyable if the meat was in smaller pieces or even shaved, to allow a more even proportion of the confit and the meat in each bite. Rather than in the form of 2 sausage links. I requested a side of the Mowgli’s hot sauce, which is habenero based, and it was delicious.
The service was very tentative and my water glass was always full. There were plenty of shareable dishes on the menu as well, if you were not needing a full entrée.
I would give this place a try if you are in the area. There aren’t many seats, so busy times of the day could pose a delay in seating. They do offer outdoor seating as a bonus, along with ordering food to go.

We ordered the Manchurian Dumplings, Tandoori, and Noodles. The service was weird but I think they had just had a power outage before we walked in. Their spicy sauce – made from habenaro was good and super spicy. The noodle dish was our best. The dumplings were a bit salty and the tandoori lacked some flavor (without the side sauce). This felt more like a street food fusion indian and fun to try. Very small place and locally owned so we recommend.

I don’t know where to start, it’s the sweetest, cutest and porbably the coziest Indian restaurant that I’ve ever been. But the food man!!!, OMG !!! I really loved owner’s story as well! But I keep coming back to the food. The food is BOMB!

Paneer Sizzler 10/10 (Actually 1000/10)
Manchurian Dumpings 10/10 (Actually 1000/10)
Butter Chicken 8/10 (I think needs a sweeter taste with more cream?)
Rose – Cardamom Ice Cream 10/10 (Actually 1000/10)

I will be back soon!

We went there on a Friday evening around 6pm. The place wasn’t busy at that time and we were seated immediately. Amita has done so well with the menu, the flavours that she’s incorporated into the items is wonderful and she’s also got beer and wine choices. The place is small, so be warned it starts to fill up quick around 6:30-7pm. The team that work there are friendly, welcoming and ready to explain the menu to anyone that needs help with navigating through the items on the menu. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of the food we got. We got the katti roll, salad and the lamb pizza. The katti roll was so tasty – highly recommend. The lamb pizza was good too. So for someone who’s picky about eating Indian food from a restaurant (because I cook it at home), this was a 10/10. It was delicious. Oh, and we got the last bowl of ice cream that was made in-house, and it was absolutely divine. Thank you to everyone that made the food that day . It was a lovely meal. Will be back.

Best Indian food around! I have a lot of allergies (dairy, gluten, seed oils) and the owner was so kind and accommodating. She walked me through the menu, made sure the kitchen knew, and I felt completely safe eating here. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Can’t wait to come back!
