This is the absolutely best restaurant in Edwardsville. Amazing steaks and specials. Everyone seems genuinely happy to see you and the service could not be better. If you want to impress a date, have a special gathering, like my Dad’s 90th birthday, or just want to Treat Yo Self, this is the place to do it.

Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at Moussalli’s for the first time and let me say that we will definitely be back!! From the service, to food, to atmosphere, everything was way beyond our expectations. We had the pleasure of Christian serving us and he was extremely helpful, attentive, kind, and well knowledgeable in the menu! Despite it being clearly very busy we didn’t lack in service at all. The food was wonderful including my vegetarian meal that they customize to your liking (probably one of the best I’ve had at any restaurant!) I was nervous not being a meat eater, that I was going to a steakhouse with my family but I would go again just for that. Oh and don’t even get me started on the Oysters Rockefeller (I eat seafood once in awhile) they were AMAZING… So much so that one order was not enough and we had to stop the busser to ask our server to ring in more… I could come back and eat 12 of those on my own lol. My parents were equally impressed with their dishes…. Dad got the halibut special and said it was the best halibut he has ever eaten and mom’s medium-well steak was cooked to perfection, sometimes a higher cook means dryness, char, etc. but this was none of the above! It was full of flavor, juicy, and cooked beautifully. Every part of the dinner was simply delicious and I can’t wait to come back time and time again!

My family and I had an amazing experience at Moussalli’s on Saturday. The waitress, Amy, was very attentive and gave 5 star service. But the food was also top notch. I got the filet medallions while my husband got the prime rib special. The mushroom, shrimp & crab cream sauce was to die for. I was super impressed with the amount of options available on the menu. I feel that I could go back 5 more times and get a different meal each time and be perfectly satisfied. Also, highly recommend the peppery feta salad. Our group also had the crab stuffed mushrooms and the charcuterie board for apps. They were good, but nothing to phone home about. Instead, I would recommend the white truffle mac & cheese and the garlic parmesan fries. Super excited to come back & try more options! Food and service was 100% worth the value and price paid.

We arrived “late” in the evening on a Thursday. Website said last order has to be in by 9pm. We arrived aprox 8pm. They told us the grills were shut down due to a slow night. I requested to speak to the manager. We were an hour earlier than what is on the web (re; time).
He (manager) came out. We spoke, he told them to “give up the best table” (I was able to tell he was tired, though accommodating). We had their raw oysters, Rockefeller as well, beef braised + gnocchi, and I had the blackened salmon. It was all delicious (I just don’t like oysters ). The drinks were good and the service was great. They comped us dessert (assuming due to the beginning). We took that to go. I’d like to share due to their great, well everything! The manager, our server, everyone there- was great. Very customer oriented.

Moussalli’s Prime in Edwardsville is an absolute gem—easily one of my favorite spots for an elevated dining experience.
Every bite of food and every sip of our cocktails was next-level amazing. The bar team even created a custom cocktail just for me, and it was perfection. Highly recommend starting with the crab-stuffed mushrooms (a must!), but we also loved the bacon-wrapped shrimp, oysters, and prime rib. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented.
The vibe is upscale without being stuffy, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely top-tier. The staff went out of their way to make the night feel extra special.

If you’re looking for something more than just a good meal, you need to visit Mousallis Prime. It’s more than just good food, it’s an awesome experience. The wait staff is so attentive and friendly. The owners are always there to greet you and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing. The food.. The food is top notch. Everything from the soup to the salads to the appetizers to the main course and the desserts and of course the drink selection. I highly recommend any of their steaks and every single one of their burgers.
