Food was fine, what was fried didn’t taste right, tasted like they need to change the fry oil. I have been eating here for 6+ years regularly when they are open, I did not appreciate the person who took my order saying “for your information the next time you order…” telling me I ordered wrong, but she was just confused and as I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years, I know it’s my job to get the customers order correct, not correct the customer on their ordering, as well as always repeat the order back. It was unprofessional and rude, not how I have been treated there in the past. Want nothing but for staff to be trained not to treat customers this way.

This restaurant has been at this location for many, many years. Not only do they serve soft serve and hard ice cream, but they also have a little dining restaurant that serves hamburgers, hot dogs, fish, and a wide range of grinders. They have picnic tables all around the outside area as well as a tinted area in the back of the building in case the weather is not great. If you’re looking for a good soft serve ice cream cone or Sunday it’s definitely worth the ride. If you have a little bit of an appetite definitely get a hamburger or hot dog.

Waited for over an hour to get our food. Eight people came after us and they all got their food before us. When wife got her hotdog and fries they were cold and you could tell they had been sitting somewhere for awhile. All we ordered was her meal and a grinder.

Worst seafood plate I’ve ever had… shrimp weren’t bad, scallops were gluey, with a heavy hard crumb coating, clam strips seemed to be skimmed off the fryolator after a day of frying, that or the dregs from the bottom of the bag. They were dark brown and twig like and dried out. Coleslaw came in a little sauce cup that wasn’t half full and tasted like a cabbage mayo mix. Fries were awesome!

Very friendly staff and good food. I had the beer battered fish sandwich and it was very good. The clam strips were also good. There is not a very large ice cream selection but we enjoyed the soft serve.

Just left there was not busy no other customers waiting and ordered 2 ice-creams and waited 15 minutes and my ice-cream was still not even made. Asked for a refund and will be taking my business to rices from now on

Everything I’ve gotten from here is wicked good. Their ice cream is in my top 2 for best I’ve ever eaten and their French fries are so crispy. My favorite ice cream place. Pistachio and black raspberry twist
