This place is amazing, the sushi is insanely good and a really good price. The service is superb and the atmosphere is lovely. Honestly you have to visit here if you love sushi. It also seems very kid friendly with highchairs. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will back as loyal customers.

A wonderful meal at Mountain Spring this evening! It was my first time there but had been told the food was great and to try the Bento box. What a great recommendation! Clearly it was going to be good because practically every table was eating them! I had teriyaki salmon, which was delicious. The variety of miso, sashimi, gyoza, salmon and rice was perfect. I also tried the sake (warmed up) and the plum wine, which were both delicious.
I saw plates of sushi coming out too, which looked really good, and the salt and pepper squid was a hit on our table.
We were the last ones there and didn’t feel at all like we were being hurried along to leave, which was quite nice. The staff were friendly and service was quick.
I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend trying it!

I finally made it to this restaurant that I’ve been wanting to visit since it opened, and I’m so glad I did—it was such a fantastic experience!
Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the owner and the staff, who were all super friendly. We got seated quickly, which was great. I decided to try the Japanese strawberry soda for drinks, and wow, I can’t recommend it enough; it’s such a fun experience! Just be sure to check out the instructions on how to enjoy it.
For our starters, we went with chicken gyozas, and let me tell you, they were absolutely spot on—cooked to perfection!
For the main course, we ordered the 18-piece salmon sushi, and it was just as amazing. None of the rolls fell apart when we were picking them up with chopsticks, which is a win!
All in all, this restaurant is a total must-visit if you’re in Salisbury! You won’t regret it!

My friend and I went to try Mountain Spring last month and were blown away by the quality of the food and service here. It is a very welcome addition to Salisbury for me and my friends and is the only restaurant in Salisbury that has such a variety of sushi and Japanese food. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely looking restaurant, very pretty inside. The food is lovely and has a wide range to choose from the menu. This is the second time I have visited. This time was not so pleasant. It was let down hugely by lack of customer service skills. The waiter did not seem to know the menu while informed us that the photos on the menu were not their food. He also forgot to ask for any drinks. The lady serving was extremely grumpy, acting like she did not want to be there. No smiles, no interaction. Very off putting and staring at her from behind the counter made a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I’m not sure if we will return after our second visit based on the staff. A shame as the food was good.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were surprisingly generous. Even my daughter who is usually very picky with food found a meal she loved and finished every bite.
The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. They did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
Prices are very good for the quality and service you receive. This is my first visit and definitly will be back, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful food we had all the trimmings. Served beautifullly and very fresh. Lovely polite and quick staff. Great experience all round. We took a cake for my daughter’s birthday and they served this with candles. They gave my daughter a beautiful authentic Japanese umbrella as a gift, so sweet. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Had lunch here this afternoon and the food we had (Octopus Balls, tempura crab, dragon rolls, scallop nigiri and chicken udon) was incredible. Everything was bought to us as soon as it was cooked, the staff were incredibly efficient at clearing away what had been used and we had a great time. It might have been our first visit, but it sure as hell won’t be our last.
