Folks, since many, if not all companies want to hide from us when we need to reach out to them concerning issues when they arise, I want to let everyone know, this pizza business is just like the others.
So, I’m now let other people know: it’s time to let these Corporations know, since we who provide business support to them and if they don’t want to hear directly from us, then they need to shut their doors and stop giving us bad food, service or ignore our requests for assistance.
I am going to delete my account and cease my business with Mountain Mike’s Corporate Pizza.

5) General Inquiry Hello, my wife and I visited your Eureka California restaurant on broadway again. We ordered a large pizza and drinks and sat down at a table by the salad bar. We instantly smelled and noticed a dirty homeless man sitting just inside the door by the windows on a seat(we thought he was waiting for a order) He was now sitting close behind my wife (less than four feet). We started eating and then the man started talking out loud to himself and possibly to us (something about taking home pizza) but we couldn’t understand what he was saying as he would look at the tv basketball game as well. The man would stand up and start flailing his fists around looking at me while eating like he was beating someone up. He would periodically stand up talk and throw his fists around like he was punching someone. I was afraid he was going to attack my wife being so close to her. The more he acted this way the more fearful it became. It was hard to dine at the restaurant like we usually do. We were even going to give him our left over pizza but his behavior and the way it made us feel we couldn’t. After being scared by him being 65 years old having to sit through this and his actions We decided to just call the restaurant and tell them about the situation and fear. We felt at least the restaurant would provide us another pizza for letting the guy do that to disabled seniors but no such offer was made although the employee did say if we ever came back the homeless man wouldn’t be in the restaurant. After the experience and being so frightened by experience we hope we can go to mountain mikes again.
