Mountain Mike’s Pizza is very close to my work. I have had pizzas from them many times. Their pizzas are one of the best in town. The store is clean, with a parking lot for easy access to pick up a pizza to go. The workers are friendly and fast. The pizzas are delicious with the right amount of toppings. I like their pizzas!

Food is always good at mountain mikes however this trip we decided to eat inside. I think the heater must be broke because its freezing but the 3 stats was because of the customer service. We went for a lunch buffet and were the ONLY ones there. Requesting a certain type of pizza for the buffet is against company policy… annoying… but the team member that helped us definitely was annoyed at our mear presence. She didnt smile or say anything except the total. I even made a point to stop by the front on the way out to thank her. Not only didn’t she respond she didnt even look up from.what she was doing. With the 10 pizza places within a 3 mile radius I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Ordered from their website. Promised time was 50 minutes. After 75 minutes I called to ask where my order was. Told it would get here in 15 minutes. Called 45 minutes after that and it was explained to me that they call door dash to deliver their food instead of using their drivers. It’s been over 2 hours and have to wait another 35 minutes because they said they were going to remake them. Poor decision to use an outside source for delivery that has a history of not being a reliable service. There was no offer of a refund or discount. They got their money and no service offered. Bad for business.

Terrible Customer Service – Never Coming Back
I’ve never left a review like this before, but this experience really deserves attention. We showed up at Mountain Mike’s Pizza at 11:35 PM, well before closing time (which is listed as 12:00 AM on Google Maps), and the place was still serving customers with multiple people taking out orders.
However, one employee had an extremely rude attitude. Instead of politely letting us know they weren’t taking any more orders, he shook his head, spoke to us in a disrespectful tone, and made it very clear we weren’t welcome — all while being completely unprofessional in front of us.
Customer service is part of the job — if you’re too tired or unhappy working there, maybe it’s time to consider another path. I honestly hope the manager sees this and looks into who hired someone with such a poor attitude. This was definitely my last time at this location.

The worst customer service, rude , unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful employees. Extremely high prices for very low quality food. Also the ingredients which they use for making their food are not fresh , and even the sauce is smelly. These incompetents don’t take hygiene seriously, and touch the ingredients very irresponsibly.They don’t listen to the customers carefully, and make a mess out of customers’ orders. Actually they do not care once they swipe your credit or debit cards. For the sake of whatever God you worshiped once in your life treat all customers equally, and respectfully. And don’t think that the ones whom you prioritize are paying you , but the ones whom you don’t prioritize don’t pay you. Whoever enter your shop, and place an order pay you before picking up his/her orders. So how can you treat customers differently? I had a worst experience with this location, and my order was missing items. Also the pizza was extremely smelly, and the sauce was not fresh. All the food went to dumpster, and was very disappointed, and frustrated about it. I called multiple of times, but unfortunately no one helped me. I regret wasting my time, money, gas, and the miles on my car. I will never recommend this location to anyone, and WILL NEVER give them business again.

This place tanked. The cashier was rude hell. A business should treat the customers with at least an ounce of care. The food was burnt on top but the crust was under cooked, the wings were not Nashville Hot, they were plain. $61 for two small pizzas, bread and wings. This looks like it is served in the cafeteria at an elementary school. Horrible horrible experience. You can go there if you want, but I am NOT going back.

so I used to love these lunch buffets. This is my first time back since they stopped them starting of covid. today I thought I’d have the lunch buffet and see if its as good as it used to be. not so much. the salad bar is like 70% to what it used to be and pizza was ok.
the price used to be just over $10 and not your looking at with a soda over $18!!
this will probably be my last trip in considering the high cost vs the quality of the food. definitely don’t equal out.
