I only order for delivery. Today, I ordered at 3:23pm. ETA was 4:08pm. I was surprised when my order was delivered at 3:45pm. Well undercooked and inedible. Even the air fryer couldn’t fix it! Do better Mountain Mike’s on Mack Rd.

Food was great. Gave the 2 starts due to the female at the register. She was cold in helping us and seemed annoyed with her job. Her 1st comment after asking for my plate for salad bar was 1 trip only. Why was this not said when i purchased the plate? Just to make things clear, the pizza was great, but not worth it due to atmosphere. She made us feel unwanted and unvalued as a customer. Due to this one bad experience we will not return and we will not recommend.

Ordered a pizza here from door dash. Had a long black hair melted in the cheese. Called them and they stated it’s a door dash issue!! Like how did door dash melt a long black hair in my food? Make it make sense. Terrible service.

The delivery order was sausage and pepperoni, with assorted veggies. After receiving delivery order the sausage and pepperoni was slim to none over the entire pizza, needless to say I felt there was a lack of “Integrity” when it comes to fulfilling the customer’s needs. Thank you.

I spent a frustrated fifteen minutes trying to order online; thankfully my husband came to my rescue and called in our order the old fashioned way! So, the website I would say stay away from, but keep in mind it could’ve been operator (me) error. Great customer service and excellent pizza! Definitely would recommend this mountain Mike’s!
