We came to this place for the first time and there was a homeless guy was inside and it seemed like was a commotion going on. My family and I were with some friends so we didn’t leave right away. We stood by the entrance and observed the activity happening. One of the customers or the owner gave the homeless guy a few pieces of pizza and walked him out. The there were some customers inside already and looked very annoyed. Afterwords when the homeless guy was escorted out, we placed our pizza order. The customer service was good and our pizza tasted good.

I called to see if they could handle our party of 25 for the lunch buffet. I was a last minute work lunch and we did not have a lot of time to wait for them to make pizzas and stock the salad bar for that many people just after opening. They said they would be ready and when we arrived 15 minutes later they were. Our group did not have to wait on pizza and the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Thanks for the great service!

I wanted to try this mountain mikes location out and I actually don’t know how you can mess up on making pizza but this did not taste that great. The bottom of the bread of the pizza tasted really over cooked. Crust is super hard, tasted really dry when it was suppose to have extra sauce which I requested. Hate to say this but I might have to never come back to this location again and this was my first time probably going to be my last time. I really like mountain mikes pizza too but I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere to another location. I couldn’t even finish the rest tbh I had to throw it away

I ordered and paid for a Large Everest pizza To-go, for a group on their lunch break. When I picked it up, and brought it to the group. I noticed they gave me another person’s Pepperoni pizza. Not having time to go back, we ate the pizza they gave us, a bit disappointed. We were looking forward to the Everest pizza that cost $10 more. After we ate, I went back with the order slip to explain their mistake and get refunded the difference. The young girl that gave me the wrong pizza, twice told me that there was nothing they could do, since I didn’t bring that pizza back. I became angry that they were trying to make me pay for their mistake. I said that I’m not leaving until I’m refunded $10. She went in back and talked to the owner for several minutes. The manager wouldn’t come out and I couldn’t understand the language they were speaking. Finally the girl came out and opened the register and said “I’ll give you $10 dollars.” She gave it to me with an attitude and no apologies.
I like Mountain Mike’s pizza, but I found their behavior so offensive that it is beneath my dignity to go to this place again.

I come here for the lunch buffet special, mainly for the salad bar. The lettuce is always fresh and the toppings are all fresh and cut by hand. Pizza is good, sometimes I like a bit more sauce. Pardeep is always behind the counter, he’s cheerful and always helpful.
