Went into Mountain Mike’s to partake in the all you can eat pizza and salad they had one pizza with two slices left up there when the gentleman rang us up he said there would be more pizza right away almost 40 minutes later and asking two different people one being the owner where’s our pizza at oh there’s some up there that two pieces of we’re up there been there for at least an hour we asked for fresh finally got it 40 minutes later this location will no longer be on a go-to terrible customer service the end

Order ANYWHERE else!!! I have cancelled my attempted order three times from this restaurant. Whenever I popped in to the restaurant, the pizza was fine, customer service was fine. When I call the behavior of the “manager” is nothing short of egregious. So petty, dismissive, argumentative, and outright confrontational. We called for a pizza, requesting a coupon that is sent out in the mail (not expired). The manager tries to make up his own rules even after you show him exactly what the coupon says. I asked for the owners names to report all of the business he is chasing off, he told me “the owners names are the owners.”

Probably won’t be back. The place was dirty. We were the only ones there. It looked like they were using the place as storage. Stuff stacked in all the corners including the game room. Good thing I didn’t see the kitchen before I ordered. Filthy.

Went tonight with my family. 11/27/22. Ordered a Mtn pizza and medium pepperoni. Pepperoni was fine. The mtn was half chicken club and half snowy alps. The chicked club tasted kinda rancid. 2 hrs later my wife and 3 kids have all thrown up and not feeling good. The place was not clean and the tables were all dirty. I thought maybe it waw because it was maybe busy earlier and they needed to catch up on cleaning. When I went to get a take out box is when I saw how dirty the kitchen was. Called them and they said they don’t understand why anyone would be sick. Threw out our leftover pizza. Waist of 70 bucks.

You never get an answer as to where your food is. Don’t order from here ever. Service is horrible!!! The manager hung up on me 3 times. Food was nasty and managers just don’t care. Beware do not eat here!!!!! Shut them down

So…mountain Mike’s is always fantastic. Not this time. Ordered 2 pizzas…the robbers roost and a large pepperoni. The pepperoni was okay but the robbers roost was raw and it had tomatoes on it which I requested no tomatoes. When I called the manager is supposedly wasn’t in and I had to call back the next day to speak to the manager. I called back the next day and I was given the runaround again the manager wasn’t in and they would call me whenever they would come in. I never got a phone call so I had to end up going down there two days after my order and speaking to a really rude lady who was supposedly the manager and she told me that she wasn’t going to give me my money back that she would make me the pizza again I said I wanted my money back I argued and argued and argued with her finally I said fine just make me the pizza if this is going to be so difficult. Now mind you this was my son’s birthday that I ordered the pizza on so I had several children at my house with only one large pizza to feed them I ended up having to take a pizza out of my own freezer to feed the rest of the kids. she was extremely rude and did not want to help me with my problem at all so I ended up having to get a pizza that I don’t even want and who knows if it’s even good or not I don’t know but it’s very upsetting and I will never come into this mountain Mike’s again.

I called and talked with some woman on the phone who wrote down on the order form whatever she wanted. She ordered for me a chicken club pizza when I don’t eat bacon. I wanted a veggie pizza with white sauce. And when pizza was delivered I opened the box i didn’t get what I ordered it was what the woman on the phone talked about. So when I called about it to get another I was told I would get another pizza day after. And when I called today to get the correct one I was told by person on the phone no because they weren’t there.
