My son and I stopped in for all you can eat. We paid our $ 24.00 to realize there were only a few pieces left and people coming in behind us as well. We took a few pieces each to save a few for the extra guests. I asked the servers if they could serve more pizza. They said they would make some more. I then realized we were going to have to wait 6 to be cooked. Since the slices are really small and the pizza was not very good, we decided to leave. I was a bit disappointed and called the next day to explain my experience and never hear back. I took a picture of the pizza bar as there were 4 pieces left but, did not get a return call. Should have went to Pizza Bell or Steve’s. Will never go back!

This location is consistently good. Staff is always great and pizza is on point with no surprises. If you like mountain mikes pizza you’re sure to get a good one here.
The location is always clean. Though parking can sometimes be a challenge during busy times. I’ve never not found a spot, but there were a few times I had to circle the parking lot to try and find a space.
Mountain mikes overall is one of the better chain pizzas. A decent sauce blend that is mild with more of a tomato taste combined with good cheese and a great crust.

This is for the Mountain Mikes at Elk Grove Blvd and Waterman in Elk Grove Ca. The pizza was delivered and taste like it was cooked before and then reheated and then sent out for delivery. It was not up to Mountain Mikes Standards! I paid for delivery, tipped through the app. Then when I called and asked for the manager. I was told he was busy. Then the guy said he was the manager. He wanted to offer me a 30% discount on my next order. Then he said he was busy and I should bring in the food because his drivers are busy! I also have someone who needs constant care and cannot be left alone. Again why I paid for the delivery! The food tasted old! We have been going here for 8 years. His poor choice of offering a discount on the next order and not wanting to make it right today and saying he was to busy is the wrong reflection on this business. I am now forced to order food from another restaurant. Simply resending out the food to make it correct would have gotten a review saying there was an issue and they stepped up and handle it correctly. I hope the owner sees this and makes the appropriate changes. I wish I could give less than zero stars!

This store is not a good option for delivery orders, the staff are too rude and disrespectful to DoorDash drivers. They think they give the food to Dashers for free. Please remember each Dasher is there on behalf of your customer which already paid you.
They have to know that Dashers deliver to their customers instead of being rude must treat them well.
I had an order, there was one other guy too, when the first one done and got his food, I asked the staff ( the one with Beard and hat ) my order. He was not in mood and in a rude accent refused , although the order was ready, but kept the food intentionally for five more minutes.
Thats why I reached to my drop off location late, which may result the food get cold.

Ever since this location has received new management the customer service has been TERRIBLE. I never get greeted when I come inside. And when ordering they say the bare minimum. They’ve started to get skimpy when it comes to toppings and feels like quality. They tried to charge me $3 for a small ranch container after I had bought two of the biggest size pizzas they have for a party. They always make my experience bad to where I no longer go to this location and drive an extra 10 mins just to grab food because of the terrible service. If I could give them no stars I would.
