Placed an order online. The antipasto salad was missing half the toppings and salad dressing. Very disappointing. Would’ve appreciated a call to give me at least the heads up. The option for a refund or even choosing a replacement salad would’ve be ideal.

I’ve been ordering from this location a few times a year for the last 6 years. I’ve always been willing to pay a little extra for mountain mike pizza (in comparison to other chains) because I thought it tasted better. But after last night’s experience I will never buy from this location again. I called in to order a pizza. It was a custom pizza, and I had to correct the person taking the order 2x to make sure it was done correctly. The pizza arrived on NYE at 630pm and I checked it promptly because I had corrected the person on the phone twice. It was incorrect. The delivery guy said he would take back the pizza and correct it and bring a new one. I told him I didn’t have another hour to wait, my two year old was hungry and would be in bed by then so just bring me the correct pizza. He told me it was policy to take it and I asked him to have the owner call me. He left, and called her (I watched him call her from the car) and 20 minutes later I had heard nothing from her. I called the location and she answered, she told me she wouldn’t replace it because thats what I ordered. I told her it wasn’t and then she said I refused to send it back. I told her why so she offered me a $5 credit on future orders. HALF of my $45 pizza was incorrect so I told her this was unacceptable. At this point the owner is yelling/arguing/talking over me. She says she will make a small pizza and I can pick it up. Again, 2 year old and a 6 week old. Can’t come pick up pizza. We only live a mile away from there so I told her she needed to deliver it. She refused so I told her I would call my credit card company and dispute the charge and she finally relented and sent the pizza. On a side note, the second driver was different than the first and very pleasant! He actually left me smiling. Thats the difference with customer service. I will NEVER buy from here again.

I went to redeem a reward for a free pizza and they charged me for the reward. Won’t make it right, act like the deal expired even though it clearly was not. The funny part is they didn’t charge for the 20oz. Soda which is supposed to be paid for as part of the deal, so completely opposite. Now I know why this location is always empty.

Absolutely terrible. The lady at the front she said her name is Kate but the receipt says Oádora so her name could be either. I bought a meal deal that was $26 for a large pizza, cheese sticks and a 2 liter soda. I got charged $31 and she refused to honor the coupon that I redeemed. The coupon clearly shows redeemed and cannot be used again, I even showed my receipt and proved that I used my coupon correctly and that I bought a meal deal, not 1 large pizza. This was extremely greedy and stingy of her and absolutely horrible service. She was extremely rude about the whole thing. I would never, ever go back there. I over paid for something and they refused to give me the rest of my order. I showed her my receipt and everything. Terrible experience, terrible franchise.
UPDATE: my receipt clearly says white sauce and instead there is no sauce at all so I called and she REFUSES to give me a refund, let alone do anything to fix it at all. I explained to her that I will go to my bank and the money will be taken from her no matter what. I am showing up in person to continue this conversation because I am not going to let her push me around when my poor, severely sick mother just wants her pizza.
Update: went in person and she still insisted that there is sauce on the pizza. Even though it is right in front of her and there is no sauce.

Couldn’t give a zero star. Crap pizza ordered at 2:30pm for a 6pm delivery and didn’t show till 6:20pm and was absolutely garbage. Never order there again. Run, stay away. Little Ceasers is better!!
Not sure what the manager is talking about but I went to thier site and downloaded the receipt and everything and NO ONE RESPONDED. They only say that to make themselves look good. I will never go back.

Does not honor coupons, they’ve been extremely stingy in the past about giving ranch pepper flakes and Parmesan. They’re lucky my husband picked up not me cuz I would’ve just gotten a refund and left them with the two pizzas. When I order online they should have a phone number and call it to ask if we are ok with no coupon before making the order. I’ve worked in restaurants and retail and that’s a pretty basic expectation. if they’re too stingy to accept a coupon and give a normal amount of sauce I don’t really trust that they’re not cutting corners with the food safety and quality either.

We came in for the all you can eat buffet lunch. They put out one veggie pizza and that was it. Most of the veggies on the pizza I won’t eat. How do you have a buffet when you only put out 1 pizza? rRidiculous I’ve ate at other Mountain Mike’s in the area and they had multiple types of pizzas and garlic cheese bread. This place we will not be returning. Now I see why the place had zero patrons in the establishment.

Such a great location! My family hosted a game night here before the pandemic, and the owners were super welcoming! Food is great, too, with all of their many different dishes leaving a lasting good impression. You can tell that you’re getting some of the best pizza around. Combined with the friendly service, it’s easily a five-star location.

Don’t waste your time getting the buffet. They hardly put out any pizzas and cut you off a hour before buffet closing time. 11 – 2pm should mean you still can eat not be told no more pizza. 3 total pieces of pizza for $18+ dollars. What a joke.

This MM location is hands down the BEST! The pizza crust is always chewy yet crispy and fresh. The ingredients put Round Table’s ingredients to shame. Anytime I ask for specifics such as a crispy crust, but not charred black, they get it perfect! Or when I ask for the mini pepperonis to be place onto of all other toppings so that they crispy up, my pizza is done so heavenly perfect. I always get it piping hot and it hits the spot. The staff are pretty friendly. This is the only place I go for pizza.
