I ordered a heart shape pizza with extra sauce for delivery. Got essentially very little to no sauce on my pizza. I called to see if they could do something to make this right and was told it was impossible that i didn’t get extra sauce because they measure. They were very rude and curt.

Had an order last night (49ers special). Wings were fine. Mini churros were fine. Pizza was not and breadsticks were not. I ordered extra sauce and my pizzas seemed like light sauce. One of the pizzas was overcooked. Breadsticks lacked cheese and were pretty dry. Order was 10 minutes past time it says would be ready at. This is not my usual mountain mikes as I usually go to the Auburn blvd. Location. Pretty disappointed of this locations food. Place was really clean and people were nice.

Placed an order at the wrong location which was more than an hour away. Called the store, Sam kindly assisted me with my issue. He spoke with the manager, Gavin which understood the situation authorized a full refund on my order. I am very grateful they were able to refund my order. They have such good pizzas. Everest and all meats are my favorite although last time I got create your own and they were very accommodating for my extra special requests. The new management is really putting good efforts into the place. The place is always neat and clean and you are always greeted with happy faces with full of enthusiasm. Highly recommend the place.

My boyfriend and I order from here frequently. The pepperoni pizza is always solid. The Loaded Mountain Fries were disappointing. The cheese makes everything stick to the parchment paper and then you aren’t actually able to enjoy the fries because they either don’t come off the paper at all or the paper sticks to the whole underside. We’ll probably avoid ordering them moving forward.
As for the customer service, it was great as usual. I’ve never had any problems with pick up. Gavin helped me today and was very nice and welcoming!

Excellent pizza, the mountain size is huge! Fresh ingredients. The salad bar was really good and everything was crisp and fresh. They went above and beyond for my niece who was celebrating her graduation and brought out a celebratory desert on the house which was so thoughtful and unexpected. The restaurant was clean and spacious and would be good for small to medium sized gatherings. A hidden gem in Carmichael with a nice family atmosphere.

I have been buying pizzas here regularly for a number of years. The food is great and is ready on time. Had an issue with an order recently that I communicated with the owner. I don’t see this location being open much longer. We went on a Saturday at 3pm it was empty. The place was dirty. We ordered a large pikes peak. And wanted 24 plain wings. But they did not have the wings. They said they only had the wings that already have the sauce on them. They have signs for military discount. But no one working knew how to give the discount. The food was just okay. It came to our table cold. And the wings are not the same wings we have ate at Mountain Mike’s before. They taste like wings that are bought at Smart and Final. The pizza suppose to have 6 toppings on it. It only had 4, and they tried to cover the pizza with ham. The soda from the fountain drinks taste funny. So either dirty water or dirty machine. Also the place smells musty, almost like mold. I would stay away from this location.
