I have been ordering from this specific Mountain Mike’s since 2022 and honestly, they just make the best pizza for me. The dough is thick and tasty, the toppings fresh and plentiful. And their customer service is top notch, although I haven’t had to use it much.

Exactly what you want from a Mountain Mike’s. The ingredients were fresh, the pies were cooked well, and overall, the experience was good. If I was grading on a scale of “chain pizza places”, I’d probably rate 5 stars. However, with so many wood fired pizza joints open these days, just average in the grand scheme.

Buffet had 1 pizza, meat, I don’t eat meat. They told me they couldn’t make any pizzas that weren’t meat because they wouldn’t get eaten. I was the only person in the place. I couldn’t eat here even though every other mountain Mike’s will just make a veggie or cheese too. Not really a buffet, kinda just salad bar and u can choose a slice of whatever 1 pizza they feel like making.

We’ve been patronizing this place for a few years now and have been very satisfied (mostly to-go orders), but my last visit compelled me to share this positive experience. I came to dine in for lunch with my daughter for the lunch buffet (which is a great deal btw!). The salad bar is missing a few items seen at other salad bars, but makes up for it by being fresh. I would have liked to see some small protein options (like chicken, eggs, ham, etc) and maybe a small thing of alternative greens. The staff was exceptionally accomodating, more so than I would have ever expected from a small franchise. Regretfully, I cannot recall the name of the kind host, but you know who you are. After ordering, they offered to make a portion of the next pizza for the buffet cheese. I said it wasn’t necessary, I can just eat the toppings off that she wouldn’t. They did anyways. She loved it. The soda machine had to be turned off for a few minutes for maintenance, and the staff went around to each table to make them aware that if they wanted a drink, to please let him know and he will provide a canned alternative. We were even checked in on to make sure everything was good…at the lunch buffet. Establishments like this that employ kind and attentive staff such as here make me happy to spend money eating out and make me a sucker for repeat visits…especially for that lunch buffet.

I went in about 2:10 which is after the buffet special time but there were still a few bread sticks and pizza left. I asked if it was possible to buy the bread sticks. He said no and right in front of me threw them in the trash. What a waste. It’s not like I was asking for them for free I would have paid for them.

I went in and placed my order, then waited for it to be ready. While I was waiting, an employee who was wiping tables stopped, looked at me, and rudely asked if I was going to order or what. I wasn’t loitering—I was simply waiting for my food. I won’t be returning to this location.
