Mountain Mikes has really fallen off the cliff. Tonight we ordered two larges, one pepperoni and one pepperoni and sausage, both with white sauce. I will tell you prices have gone up and the quality down! they put next to no sausage on your pizza when you order it, Don’t waste your extra money. I will include a picture of the full pizza the next time we order. (Unfortunately, we have coupons so it’s hard to pass up even though the pizza is very sub-par!) They are extremely inconsistent with the sauce and half of the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. The pepperoni and sausage had hardly any sauce and was very dry while the pepperoni pizza had a great amount of sauce and tasted pretty good. Again, I’m super disappointed with the lack of sausage, especially cuz they don’t hesitate to charge me for it. Sorry for the poor review but this is two times in a row, get it together over there.

I don’t know what it was about this location, but the pizza was tasteless. The crust tasted bland, had an odd texture and all of our pizzas were lacking in flavor. It tasted like they all lacked salt, which is odd for pizza! We are Mountain Mike’s fans and knew what their pizza was supposed to taste like, so we tried the Floyd location and it tasted like it always has. We won’t be going back to Riverbank.

As a vegetarian, I had a fantastic experience at the Riverside location of Mountain Mike’s Pizza! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered the Veggiemore pizza, and it was spot-on, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were super fresh. The combination of bell peppers, onions, artichokes and olives was delicious, and the cheese was perfectly melted over it all. The tomato sauce had a rich flavor that complemented the veggies without overpowering them. For vegetarians or anyone who loves a great veggie pizza, the Riverside Mountain Mike’s is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

They forgot the add chicken that we paid for and when we pointed out the missed chicken, they offered to add on top after the fact instead of replacing them. The whole experience was ruined because the pizza was cold bythe time chicken was given. The pizzas were bland, without flavor.

Managers are rude. I ordered Buffalo mild wings and when my husband picked it up and got it home they were barbecue. I called to let them know an I ended up talking to the manager and he hung up on me. I wasn’t being rude or yelling I was just letting him know. I ended up calling back and he picked the phone and tried to put me on hold I let him know that I was the person he hung up he then proceeded to talk to someone on his end saying that he is about to pop off because the lady that he hung up on is on the phone again. He said that the cashier that took my order said I ordered barbecue and that she even repeated the order. I told him that was a lie I would never order barbecue because one of my kids is allergic to it and that I have a recording of that phone call that took place and he proceeded to hang up on me again! This Mountain Mikes is mismanaged with rude employees. I will never give this place my money!!! Its pretty sad that Mountain Mikes has people like that running a place. Riverbank location has really declined.

Due to one child of mine being allergic to pepperoni and one small child it is just too hot for her.
We had been outside all day and the kids were very hungry
While I was calling back to tell them of the mistake
My oldest daughter opened the boxes and served the kids
Once I came back to the table I had to give one milk because her mouth was burning and the other child Benadryl even though he picked off the pepperoni and just ate the cheese it still started to swell up his lips.
We live in the country of Oakdale
Have to order delivery from riverbank the city
It’s not a quick drive
We tip our drivers very well to come out here

Would not send us out the right pizza because the kids had already eaten half!

I place a order at 5:45pm snd it said gurranteed by 7pm. So I called at 7:11pm to ask where the pizza was at and then I asked what happens gurranteed time isn’t met. He said nothing happens. I ask for clarification why does the website say that then the gentleman straight hung up on me and at 7:29pm it finally showed up. Bottom line their getting paid more and that’s the service I got by hanging up on me. Extremely rude and bad business practice.
