Came in after shopping, place looks terrible, like they’re in the middle of remodeling. Ordered 3 buffets with fountain drinks, they tell us that their ice isn’t working so customers complain about the drinks tasting flat, instead of giving us a 2 liter they wanted to charge us $5 for the 2 liter bottle after already paying for the fountain drinks. So we asked for water, and they were out of water also. Their salad bar ran out of salad mix, they had to run next door to grocery outlet to get more salad mix. Kept bringing out pepperoni instead of mixing it up with different varieties. Not all the tables have napkins on them, it feels like they are going out of business. I paid $50 for this service.

Go to any other Mountain Mikes. We had our pizza delivered. There was barely any sauce, very little cheese and the toppings were sparse. We accidentally picked this location and knew immediately when we opened the box we ordered from the wrong store. Dry, no cheese pizza. They gave us two cheese packets and two pepper packets. Don’t spend your money here!!!

If you want Mountain Mike’s, go to the Whitmore location. This one is ALWAYS missing toppings and they don’t even bother telling you. Every time I complain they just say “oh, we ran out” but they don’t offer any type of compensation or alternative.
Whitmore location has different owners that actually keep everything stocked up properly.

Whoever owns this store now seriously needs to get it together. The online hours say you’re open until 12am, but when I showed up at 10:30pm, the sign on the door said 10pm and the place was already closed. I wasted my time driving here because of inaccurate information that still hasn’t been updated. If the real hours are 11am-10pm, fix it online so customers stop getting misled.
To be honest, ever since Steve stopped owning this place, it’s gone way downhill. Most of the arcade games are broken, the carpet’s ripping up, the soda machine is constantly leaking some nasty-smelling liquid, the tables have weird stains on them, it seems only register is ever open even though they have two and the entire store just feels neglected. The upkeep is clearly not a priority for whoever owns it now, and it’s really disappointing to see how much the place has declined.
And it’s not just the physical space, it’s also very obvious that the staff is being overworked. Bless their souls, because I remember weekends their used to be 6–8 people working the floor. Now it looks like the new ownership has cut the staff in half, even during the busiest hours. I always see the same 3 people running around trying to keep things together, and you can tell by their demeanor that they’re exhausted and stretched thin. It’s not fair to them, and it’s not fair to your customers either.
And just to be clear, this isn’t on the staff. They’re doing the best they can with what they’ve got. Honestly, they deserve better too.
To the owner, you need to do better. This store used to be a great place to come to, but under the current ownership, it’s falling apart and honestly, I won’t be surprised if it ends up getting sold or shut down completely by 2030

I ordered through doordash as a self pick up and we’ll very sadly I was disappointed at first he couldn’t find my order and second pizza was cold to the touch. No salads ready either. He goes in fridge and throws it together very poorly and items i never requested. Pizza he kept looking around and unfortunately hands me a random pizza cold to the touch
