The ice machine did not work. They told us to leave the machine alone so it can make ice. The whole time we were there the ice maker did not produce. They should have gone next door to Rancho bought ten lb bag and provided it to the customers. Instead none of the parties there had ice. The younger chick there was not friendly. All other staff were nice.

Me & my toddler arrived at 840pm to grab some pizza & salad. The salad bar was already shut down and we were told there were no salads. Then I see them put salads in the to go orders, so tried to order one but was told by Juan there weren’t any. So strange, like really?! Anyways, don’t go there if you like pizza and salad.

My family and I have a great experience everytime we come here!! It’s always clean..there’s lots of room..bathrooms have a changing table.. there’s high chairs..So kid friendly! There’s games for the kids to play and a punching bag game for the guys that want to show off they’re brut strength . There’s a seperate room for private parties of 25-30 people. Or the open seating area for parties os 50 or more. There are TV’s for the game..The food is good..the only thing is when ever there’s a buffet..they are not quick enough to fill it..people are constantly coming up.. Other than that great Job Moutain Mikes!

We waited 2 hrs for a pizza when the waiting time was 1 hr than was lied too when I called they said the driver just left we live 10 mins away and it took them ½ hr and two phone calls which the frist call which rang 12 times and they never answered. The second time they answered said the driver left. Never ordered from Mountain Mike’s on Yosemite Pwky by Rancho. Horrible service.
