Two visits, both uncomfortable experiences.
First visit:
The cashier didn’t know the menu or pricing. I paid about $35 for a small pizza and asked if the salad bar was included — he confirmed yes. After payment, when I asked for a plate, he suddenly said it wasn’t included. Very misleading.
The same employee had long loose hair and kept going in and out of the kitchen, which didn’t look sanitary.
Second visit (All-You-Can-Eat lunch):
I came for lunch and explained I don’t eat meat and asked if a simple cheese or veggie pizza could be made. I was told they could do it but “normally they don’t,” said in a dismissive way.
I asked again if they were able to make it — the employee replied “okay, what are you ordering?” while looking at me like the request was a problem.
At that point I just said never mind and left.
Uncomfortable service, poor communication, and not welcoming to customers. I won’t be returning.

I ordered a pizza from them today and they didn’t give me the pizza I ordered and instead gave me another one. When I went and talked to them, they didn’t listen to me and didn’t even admit their mistake. When you don’t provide good customer service, how will customers come to you?
And on top of that, the girl who speaks Punjabi doesn’t even know how to communicate, how to serve customers, how to make pizza, and she made such a terrible pizza. I think I’ll never get pizza from you again in my life.
This isn’t your country, but I think India also offers good pizza. I feel like I’d be ruining your pizza and wasting my money.

I dont EVER leave reviews. But I felt they deserved this. This is the second time we have been to this location. The first time they were very friendly and the pizza was delicious. Tonight we just ordered delivery from them and had EXCELLENT service. They ran out of a wings flavor and called us to offer another. Then they got here super fast and called to let us know they were here and we’re so friendly and polite. You dont get service like this anymore. Give them all the business!

My wife and I love coming here. Salad is very delicious. We love their BBQ Hawaiian pizza. The downside of their buffet is that they only made it one time and we have been back about 5 times since and they haven’t made it again yet. Any ways, We love it overall.

Came here with the family, Great customer service, plenty of TVs to watch sports game. They have liquor bar and a salad bar the choice is yours. We got a large Robbers roost pizza, cheese sticks and a medium cheese pizza. A small game room
For the kids. They have 3 separate eating rooms with plenty of tables and seating. Definitely would be a place worth hanging out with friends.

Ordered Medium Hawaiian pizza with extra red sauce. Instead recieved a light sauce pepperoni and bacon with pineapple. I do not like bacon on my pizza!

For 7 years I have this place 4 stars. Today I’m giving them 1. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, one with salame and the other with bacon with light sauced. They both had NO pepperoni and one of them was heavily sauced. I just spent $38 for some good pizza only to be disappointed. I called and let the manager know and all he said was he would let his crew know. If I didn’t eat the pizzas, and brought them back they would do something. First of all, my family was eating while I was doing something else so they didn’t know what I ordered til someone asked me. Second, I’m not going to drive another 20 minutes back and wait another 20 minutes for them to make the pizza right when they should have the first time while making my family wait to eat. This is ridiculous. I’ll go to round table or pizza guys or do business elsewhere. It’s a ashamed cuz I’ve been a patron for years even been there with my son’s football teams. SMH

Worse service I have received, they made my pizza wrong. When I got home opened the pizza box,it was the wrong one. I called the restaurant, they said I needed to go back to the restaurant. I told them I live 30 mins away from them. They said I needed to bring the pizza back the same day to get a refund. It was already late my kids where hungry and they where not helpful. I hope the owner of this restaurant can see this and do something about it.

Go to Ferronis instead. Or Jacks. Even Round table. They aren’t skimpy with their toppings & they gladly give you fresh homemade ranch! This specific mountain mikes doesn’t like to give fresh ranch & will fight you on packaged ranch. If you love ranch like we do you know the taste difference between freshly made & bottled. If im spending $30-$100 on pizza I better get homemade ranch. & if I remove toppings from the combo, be generous with the other toppings dont skimp those too. Just go to Ferronis & thank me later.
Came back on 4/5/24 , ordered a combo, it was ridiculous! No bell pepper, barely any onion, & the funny part is their advertisement says “no skimping”, yet that’s EXACTLY what they do!
