I just orders a large pizza for delivery. On the phone I ask for change for $100 bill, the man said yes. When I got the receipt it clearly stated “change for $100”. The driver stood there and told me he didn’t have change. We told him we asked in advance and showed the receipt. He disappears for a while either to his car or back to the store. Now I should’ve got back $60.64. Instead the driver comes n says “I have $49.” We state that’s over $10 missing and we want the rest of our change. He claimed he was going to get our change, and never came back.

My cousin and I stopped for lunch buffet at 11 AM and paid 15 bucks each. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring out any pizza. When they did it was a medium size half combo half pepperoni. Never even asked what kind of pizza I wanted. While I was waiting the cashier says, “you can have some salad while you wait” and I said I know but no, I’m here for PIZZA! They were doing some religious changing in the back and I’m thinking like wow, I didn’t care to hear that while I’m eating lunch I dont discriminate, but if I wanted to hear that, I would go to a church or something. Anyway so my cousin and I only got half a medium sized pizza each for 1 bucks each I am NEVER going to the Capitol location again, only Alum Rock from now on!!!

This place is awesome and food has never disappointed me. Pizza is always hot, loaded with toppings, crisp and made to perfection. Friendly customer service and they go extra length of offering condiments and napkins. I def. recommend this place and try their Garlic Tuscan and/or Mt VeggieMore.

Great pizza. Their red sauce is classic. Crust is crispy and fully cooked. Pizza is good that day or the next. Location is clean. Pick up is easy. Great experience.

If I could leave no stars I would, but I guess I have to start out with 1. I put in an order at 11:00am , and was told by the person on staff it would take 45-55 minutes which is fine.. the pizza did not deliver for 90 minutes.. and the excuse I was given was that the driver could not find the building (I thought that is why I leave a phone number to call them?)- when i called into MM’s to request a discount, I was told that a manager would need to be get involved, and would receive a callback in an hour.. I received no call, 3 days go by, I call back yesterday to get an answer.. and was then told by the manager, that he needed to speak to the employee and would be contacted back in 30 minutes to an hour.. another 3 hours go by and I call back, and I was told that I now need to speak to a supervisor.. this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and was not even given an opportunity for a discount (when the pizza was way beyond late, customer calling me asking where the pizza was)- when this location is 4 miles away from delivery… I will NEVER order from this location again, and for the manager who oversees 3 locations in the area, I would not suggest ordering from them either. terrible service

Was munching on the first slice of a McKinley pizza and bit down on something really hard that stabbed my tongue and left my tooth hurting. Lo and behold, I spit out a substantial piece of wood. I called to let them know that there’s wood in the pizza and it was baked in so they should probably check the kitchen but the person who answered told me to call back in five minutes to speak to the manager Sonny. I call back five minutes later like I was told to and they just let the call keep ringing so I guess I’ll call back tomorrow.

I went today 12/27/22 Order the pizza they tell me it’s going to take 25 minutes I show up there after 30 minutes. It takes 5 to 10 minutes for the employee to figure out how to punch in a coupon. Then he tells me I need to wait another 4 to 5 minutes for my pizza to finish cooking. 10 to15 minutes later another employee notices me and actually looks for my pizza. it was sitting over under a heat lamp from the moment I got there. So if you remind the employee how to do their job you might end up with a pizza you don’t have to reheat when you get home.
