The Worst experience ever. I called to ask about the kind of meat used in the pepperoni pizza. He said don’t ask me and waste my time, Do you want to place an order or not.. Rudest man ever just answer the phone I’m not sure if he was the owner or manager but I was trying to order pizza over the phone he insisted I had to do it online white garlic sauce bacon and artichoke heart Pizza simple as that I’m in my mid-fifties I explained to him if you can if you can simply take my order because I’m having trouble ordering online he was so rude and said I can’t understand you in spite of me not being one with the language barrier. I’m really not trying to be mean and saying this but if you were to try to call this location to understand that there is a language and cultural difference on the other line what really upsets me is his rudeness and just hanging up on me that I tried to call back he’s purposely not trying to help me while making me wait on hold once he knows that it’s me and then eventually disconnecting the call. If he cannot understand English I have no accent whatsoever then maybe he needs to get someone on the line that can take the orders instead of him being rude hanging up on people or just straight-up say hey I don’t want your business.

I go to Mountain Mikes regularly, but this was my first time at this Mountain Mikes on Alum Rock. Very clean pizza restaurant. Pizza was hot, fresh with a good crust and lots of pepperoni.

Since men mikes was close to where I had to go – I stopped in to order a pizza. No one was at 5he counter. I called and no one came. My husband then whet into the back and told them we were ready. Still to him awhile. All the time he used his iPods talking to hi friend and laughing. I had to repeat what I wanted. He didn’t acknowledge what I said and continued to laugh w his friend. Whe pizza arrived he put it down and started to leave . At last minute said thank you. So. Unprofessional. Never going back

Lots of toppings and the pizza is good! We stayed just for a football game, they brought the beers to the table but never checked on us or offered water. I noticed they took the salad bar down 2 hrs before closing. Would only go for pick up next time. Had the chicken club and pikes peak meat lovers.

First the pizza was said to be here in 45 minutes It took twice as long an hour 1/2 later after me calling them it finally got here. Then when it gets here It’s an obvious medium in a large box. Cut into little slivers. I even measured it and sure enough it was a 12 inch pizza. When I called back to let them know they basically told me the manager cut it himself and it was a large. It was def a 12” inch pizza not a 14”. Even my kids could tell it wasn’t a usually large pizza. Spent 60 bucks on a medium and small cheese. Wont be going back to get ripped off by Mountain Mikes on Alum rock.

Been coming here for years and the remodeled dining room brings a modern touch to the strip of stores. Their pizza has been very consistent in terms of quality. Mind you, I usually call in for pick up so your dine in experience may vary.
