Lunch buffet is not a buffet. They had a small size pizza for 6 guys. As buffet. The worker had the nerve to say everyone ration the small thin slices. He refused to make more pizza and said one small size pizza will be made until all the slices are gone

Picked up takeout pizza and noticed in multiple spots the pepperoni had not a casing but some kind of plastic/elastic (think elastic hairband). I hate to think how much of this plastic we ingested.

Despite the appetizing pictures on their site , it is really awful pizza. 2 mediums at $80 and they were burnt with sparse toppings. You would be much better off just getting a frozen pizza at a supermarket.

Pizza was mediocre. Probably wouldn’t go back.
Went in after a day of hiking. Ordered 3 pizza’s but only got 2 in order. Had to order the 3rd after we realized. Staff was friendly. But I would say overall (our 1st time trying ) I didnt love Mountain Mike’s pizza so I probably wouldn’t return.

This place is delicious and sodas if you’re drinking here all you can drink for a 1.99 very happy with my experience and the restaurant is clean definitely recommend stopping by for watching the game with friends also they have beer

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, add pineapple (doordash). The pizza arrived with no pepperoni, only pineapple. I called and asked if they could remake it and I’d drive down. The woman I spoke with started FIGHTING with me saying that the “order showed a pepperoni pizza with a note saying no pepperoni”. I told her I didn’t write any note when I ordered, and that doesn’t even make sense.. selecting a pepperoni pizza and saying no pepperoni? Again, I reiterated that I’d bring the pizza back if they could just remake it. She refused the request to remake it and repeated multiple times (talking over me too) that the receipt said no pepperoni. Thankfully a man got on the phone and apologized for the miscommunication, and said they’d remake it.
My friend brought the pizza back and the woman barely acknowledged her, and said that she very forcefully grabbed the pizza box from her as she handed it to her. And when the new pizza was ready, the only thing the woman said to my friend as she handed it over was “bye”.
The way the woman spoke to me and handled this situation is enough for us to never order from this location again.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review but she was so incredibly offputting that I want to warn others.
I appreciate the man that handled the situation the right way, and that being said, the pizza was delicious! I love that they use tiny pepperonis

2 male employees or friends of stared and talked about me as I politely placed my order. They were at a table but hold on. I waited at a corner table to avoid it but still got it. It was rude and became creepy. Then, the order taker went and hugged one of them and chatted. I went to my car and scrolled while waiting. The creep or employee and order taker also came out and stood by a truck. I looked up after a few minutes and the employee or friend of was staring at me straight on while leaning back on the truck. I went in to get my food and the energy from the kitchen was hateful. I looked back and he was still staring at me with an evil look. I thanked the server for my food and he said nothing and went and sat with the other employees or friends of. I left & threw the food in the trash. That was my second and obviously last time. The first time, the order taker had such an attitude that the white guy tried to cover it up with stellar service. Thank you, for the reminder not to get junk food. Its sometimes served by junk people. I hope you get into a higher vibe so you don’t take your stuff out on people who politely pay for food while minding their own business. Inexcusable, gross, criminal behavior. I almost called the police for your unsafe and uncalled for behavior.

You don’t want business, okay. Don’t expect to stay in business, then. 12:15 on a Friday, I walk in. No buffet set up. Nobody up front. Ring the bell. Someone in back making a pizza while yakking on the phone looks up, then goes back to working on the pizza and yakking. Not even a, “be right there.” Clearly you don’t want to serve customers. I’ll go elsewhere. Your loss, not mine.
