First off, I’m wondering whether the 2-star and above reviews are real… There’s nothing positive to say about this place and I so wanted it to be successful, because my family and I love Mountain Mike’s (except this one!). I gave them way too many chances to redeem themselves, but it’s been in vain.
The service is unacceptable: all deliveries are at least 45min. late, and I had to call every single time to follow up on my not-showing-up orders. Now the fun part: I rarely received what I ordered! It’s like a mystery pizza! Forget what you order, mind what you get… The toppings are more like a wish list!
As for the atmosphere, forget about it! There are fewer things in life gloomier that this place, which I don’t dare to mention.
Bottom line, I’d advise my fellow dinners to look elsewhere if they want food on the table for their families, friends, and guests!

Do not order from this place. $54.00 for burnt garlic knots and pizza. The audacity to send this food out as acceptable is beyond belief. Manager on eternal break when trying to call. Horrible experience and hope I can save someone else from expensive disappointment.

Save yourself the trouble and get a frozen pizza instead. The food and service here are extremely questionable. The guy who gave my pizza to me, threw the box on the counter, he had his chest hair all out, the pizza had very little to no sauce so essentially it was like eating dough with slight cheese and badly burned pepperoni. I could have made a better pizza in prison with limited ingredients and a lighter. Not to mention the burned pizza cookie which was tough to eat. Overall I would rate a negative 10 if that was an option.

I walked through the door. There was nobody there. I waited longer for my pizza than anticipated. I never talked to anybody in dining room. What a joke . Don’t bother going…. Maybe… only if you are desparate call in to go but it will be awhile. Not worth it

I was disappointed in my phone order or a medium “pikes peak” pizza. For a $30 MEDUIM pizza, $40 after tax and delivery fee (before tip to the driver… so a $50 pizza. It looks NOTHING like the pizza I ordered. The pizza I ordered looked to be covered in many meats in every bite. On the website it says And I quote… “MOUNDS” of Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, salami, linguica, and ham….. “MOUNDS.” This pizza didn’t even have sauce under the meat and cheese. They just brushed sauce where the cheese meets the dough to make it seem like the pizza has sauce. Instead of multiple meats in every bite… it was different meats spread over the entire pizza in a single… sad layer. There are three things about this that make me so sad… 1) In the past, I have had the pikes peak, and it looked like the photo online… it was so good! 2) the ingredients are SO quality (even with the sad pizza) it’s such a shame I paid $50+ for a MEDIUM pizza (including tax, delivery fee, and driver tip) for this… 3) I will have to now go in and order to make sure I get what they are advertising. Otherwise, tell them I won’t be paying for it. A word of advice, don’t order from them for delivery. Pickup only.

Online ordering was easy. Went to pick up from the location. The cashier was unmasked and had an attitude. Even wore a sweatshirt that stated, “don’t ask me anything because I don’t care.” Pizzas were barely warm in the 5 minutes it took to get home. The pizza cookie was burnt and inedible. I would have taken it back if it weren’t for the cashier and her attitude. Couldn’t trust a remake after that. Avoid at all costs, as clearly the current staff doesn’t care, and evidently, doesn’t want to.

Ordered a pizza, and it was never delivered. Tried to call back after 2.5 hours multiple times and no one picked up. Called the next day and asked for a refund, to which I was told yes. I have waited 5 days for the refund and not received it. After calling again they hung up on me and have started to not pick up again.
