The service was polite.

*Please train your staff how to count cash/coins. I understand “times have changed” but having to wait because the Cashier doesn’t know how to operate the sales system to accept cash or count out “change” is umm something that is a bit important for the job position
Finally open. I’m impressed for their first weekend open and having a lot of younger staff working front line during peak. They did a pretty decent job with handling things and not showing the stress on their faces or mannerism. Small stuff could’ve been improved, but whatever it’s the first weekend.
As far as the food? It was just okay. I ordered a half pepperoni and half pineapple, someone I ended up with ham on one side, so that didn’t get eaten. Also, the pizza wasn’t fully cooked or something? I experience this with the other location they own. Not sure how to fully explain other than being extra doughy in the middle of the pizza and the meats just not being crispy on the edges and just not “right”. Again I’ll chalk it up to being first opening and next time I’ll ask for it to be cooked “well done” or something?
Would’ve been nice to get my drink cups and pitcher of beer while we waited a while. Hopefully next time though.
Also, this location is SMALL, so I wouldn’t expect to do groups over 6 people or host any type of fundraiser without advanced notice to the establishment.
Otherwise, glad to have an option closer to home! Great staff and great under pressure. Hoping the best for them
7/19: Whoever owns this place should consider investing their time into training their employees more. Unfortunately it seems evident that the employees don’t know how to handle a “mild” rush. Or maybe add more pizza ovens??? Was promised 25-30 minutes for a take out order, ended up waiting over an hour. There were other people waiting a lot longer too. Hope they get better, I was really excited to have a MM near the house.
And the pizza is really good.

I was on a 30-minute lunch break, so the delay really impacted my time. I would’ve appreciated more transparency upfront, as it felt inconsiderate not to mention the delay before I made the purchase.
