I said I wanted to place a order for delivery and he said okay then he asked the address and told me let me check and see if he had a driver then he said his driver had left I said oh well he’s not coming back he’s at work right and he just said we don’t deliver to the address and he hung up in my face so they’re liars and unprofessional if I were you I would not spend my money here.

Looked fine, but Pizza tasted like the toxic smell of burnt cheese. Means their oven needs cleaning. Haven’t had that happen to me before at a professional pizza store. This place is horrible quality. Buy from the pleasant hill mountain mike. Much better quality. Different owners.

Always on point with the food. But the kid at the front taking orders has a real ( I don’t care about my job vibe) last time I went in there to order pizza to go it took 20 minutes for me to tell him what I wanted because he kept having to take phone calls I’m not mad I’m just telling you how my experience was. Just ok food, poor customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery, and specifically asked for extra parmesan cheese, and no red chili flakes, I hate chili peppers flakes. I received my pizza with extra chilli flakes and barely any cheese. No communication between the store and driver. This is the third time this has happened, hence the one star.

They used to have pretty decent pizza, but not anymore. The chicken club pizza my wife brought home barely had anything on it – one would need a magnifying glass to find chicken or bacon on it. Unless they change something, I will not be a returning customer.
Update – on 5/4/15 my wife ordered the chicken club pizza again, this time it was even worse – besides the cheese sauce, other bits were barely visible.
Returned it to the place and I asked the guy to show it to his manager.
It looks like some people should not be allowed to prepare food at all.

Love this place/location!! But super bummed pizza wasn’t heart shaped for our valentines dinner (even after confirming it was going to be) & it was very cold as if it was laying out for a while. Pretty disappointing but other than that – we love the friendly employees and great pizza.

Ordered A Pizza for pickup since it would be quicker. They said 20 minutes. I showed up 30 mins after ordering. They guy said it would be 5 minutes. Store was completely empty. 65 minutes later I asked for a refund and my pizza was mysteriously ready. 90 mins for a pizza pickup?! No offer of a free soda or salad while I waited?? What a joke of an establishment
