I had a fantastic experience with the service provided by Edwin. From the moment I placed my order, he was attentive and helpful. When my pizza was ready, he personally delivered it to me, ensuring that it was still hot and fresh. Ordered pizza, they told us 20 minutes. Sent the kids off to play in the back, about half an hour later, still no pizza. Talk to the people at the counter and they seemed to have no idea. Ten minutes later they finally admitted that they didn’t make our food. We finally got our pizza, pushing an hour after we ordered it.
Several lights were either burnt out or off when we were there. Half of the kids games in the back were broken.
If you want Pizza, there are plenty of other options out there, skip this place.

I ordered 2 Mt Mike’s biggest pizzas. Those 2 were $75. I asked the girl for ranch and she gave me 2 small containers 1/4 full. I asked for more she said I had to pay. The manager had a cocky attitude and was rude, the girl was . I bought the pizza for My dad’s celebration of life and was already emotional. But those 2 workers really got under my skin. I spent $75 on 2 pizzas and they wanted to be greedy with the ranch. AND THEN the pizza was nasty. I want My money back! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I ordered a pizza at about 430 pm Sunday. Very nice young lady took my order. Came back about 20 minutes later, it was ready, young man went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. However, not nearly as good as the Mikes on 2 nd street. Way less generous on the meats- pepperoni and sausage- and on 2 nd half they cut meat even more for my mushrooms and onions. This is the second time I’ve tried this location, and have ordered literally scores from the other location. Owner or mgr, please order from both places anonymously, you will see what I mean. Thanks

Associates are always friendly and the dining area is clean. The salad is fresh with a wide variety of toppings. The Mt Veggimore was delish. I do pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. My last pizza on 4.20 was lacking the usual porky and spiced profile. We will try again.

Update: I’ve been eating here for YEARS!! I’ve always had great experiences, except for with one specific individual. A younger girl with dark hair. Very slim in build. She is so internally RUDE, ALWAYS IN ALL WAYS. I’ve kept this to myself for so incredibly long but no longer. She’s such an unhappy little girl. Today my son 14 said, “mom what’s her problem?” She came into the establishment with an attitude, a young man was already helping us and he was perfect. She decided to storm past us and barge into my order. She asked the young man, “oh is this for Maria?” My name is Marie, no a at the end. I’ve corrected her so many times I literally lost count. She made no attempt to connect with us at all, no recognition, no eye contact, just slamming my pizza 2 pizzas on top of the 3rd already on the counter. Aggressively placing my ranch on top of that pizza. I then asked the young man, “may we please have a bag with spices and plates?” To which he replied, of course. She holds such disdain in her actions. I’ve complained about her in person several time before but nothing has been done, because she’s still the same horribly rude individual. She’s been there forever. I’ve literally witnessed so many women have alterations with her. I’m so angry that even my son can see it. She needs to be spoken to.

I’ve calculated that I spend over $4k a year on my account, my husband spends more than $5k on his account, and our neighbors spend way more because they host our parties for the kids! Not that it matters because even a $20 purchase deserves respect, courtesy and kindness!
