So you asked for mushrooms, and I’m a local so I’m kind of spoiled because I’ve grown up going to Gianni’s in Monterey, yes you pay more but you get mushrooms covered over your pizza, this was ridiculous…,MUSHROOMS

Just saying … trip and fall into some mushrooms? Just a lot more because they’re cheap and that’s the best part of other places. Being a pizza man myself, you gotta do a little bit better.

Was not happy with the service and portion size of slices.
I ordered a large and small pie, and the crust was overcooked and tasted burnt. Also, the pizza was very oily and salty.
Our server knew that we were dining in, and as we sat waiting for our pizza, she rudely dropped the two boxes as far from us on the table as she could. Then, when we asked for plates (enough for seven people), she barely acknowledged us and returned with four plates, then did the same by dropping the plates on our pizza boxes and walked away. It was just very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome.
I overall did not enjoy my visit and left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Came here in the midst of our road-trip on my wife’s 25th Birthday. The store is in a great location & being in Carmel, it is a beautiful location. Decent Customer Service. The staff helped us with a first timer discount. The pizza was fresh & really delicious & enjoyable. The store was clean as well. This store really made a lasting impression on my mind for just how fresh the pizza looked. Pretty close to the highway. Definitely recommend for a decent, affordable, quick bite of pizza.

First off, when my family & I walked into the restaurant, we were greeted & felt welcomed by an elderly man, which I guess is the owner. He seems like the kind but no nonsense kind of person, eager to serve, but doesn’t waste a moment.
My wife & I ordered meatball sandwiches with double cheese, and ordered a mini cheese pizza for my little one. The food was great! Even my picky little toddler ate majority of it, and she is usually not a big eater.
When we decided to order another mini cheese pizza to go, he was very adamant about how to carry out the pizza, since it was still hot & didnt want moisture building up and possibly ruining the pizza, which is cool I guess.
Overall, I’d say give this place a try, even if you’ve may have gotten a bad experience or not (according to some previous reviews). That’s all I can say…for now.

Worst experience at a MMPlzza The help seemed to barely know or care what she was doing, no ice for soft drinks, no beer, $27 for a small pizza and to top it all off the place was filthy. It was so rundown, the franchisee obviously doesn’t care about his store. Corporate should be concerned. We’ll never go back.

I have been getting pizza from this location for years and have watched its slow decline. Ordered a pie for pick up on-line. Pretty simple custom job, four toppings. Picked it up and took it home. No pepperoni. Double checked my order…they missed it. I’m done. $40 for a medium pie and they can’t get it right. What has happened to America?

Vacationing family of 4 here. Thought we can find affordability at Mountain Mike’s Carmel. Called and first off the guy taking the order wasn’t polite. This can be overlooked in a better tasting pizza but here not easily overlooked with average taste. But we thought the price was right. Ordered two large pizzas and was never told the price over the phone. We show up and the place looks likes it’s in bad shape. Then we get hit with an $80 dollar price for two pizzas and a small salad. Wow out of their minds to be charging $35 for a pepperoni pizza that’s a step above little Cesar, dominos. Price gouging in this economy is crazy. I understand where we’re at but that’s just disgusting to be charging anything over $20 for a large pepperoni. Save your money or get a burger from down the street.
