8pm on a Monday, completely empty. No one at the front. When someone popped out, no greeting. I had to ask if they were even open. The whole staff is super quiet and non-inviting. No thank yous, or your welcomes. Aside from that, the place was clean and comfortable, the pizza came out and tastes fresh and good. Excellent toppings. Price a tad higher than delivery. $32+ for dine-in medium pizza with a drink. Food was good though, so aside from poor customer relations, I still recommend this place over delivery.

I don’t remember the pizza being so doughy. I ordered pickup. The crust was soft and doughy, no crunch. The amount of pepperoni on the pizza was a lot less than I remember. A little pricey for what I got. Howies would be a better choice. There are no specials on the their site’s page.

Mountain mikes is a solid choice in chain pizza restaurants. What caught my attention to this branch was their customer service. I could sense that the employees took pride in their service the offered. They were very accommodating specially to large parties. Their pizza came out very fresh and delicious. They were very generous with their toppings. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking to throw a party or do a large catering event. Pros: delicious pizza. Customer service. I ordered a gluten free pizza online as about an hour and a half before I wanted to pick it up. I arrived 5 min earlier than my pick up time and the pizza was already cold and looked like it had been made an hour before and put under a warmer. I know gluten free crust gets hard and chewy when it gets cold or if you try to reheat it which is why I opted to pick it up when it could be eaten. I will not be coming back here.
