My daughter and I ordered a medium cheese pizza, honey garlic wings, and a salad bar.
The pizza was cooked to perfection. The crust had a nice crispy crunch! Plenty of cheese and sauce.
Honey garlic wings we very tasty. They had a big spicy bite to them. A little more than my 60 year old mouth could handle. So I stuck with my salad.
The salad bar had a very nice variety of toppings. Eggs, olives (black and green), artichokes, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, macaroni salad, etc.
The cashier was very sweet. We asked for recommendations on the wings. She very quickly offered her opinion. Our experience here was great, we will be back
The location was convenient. It happens to be right across the street from a miniature golf place. And plenty of parking. It would be a great date night place.

We went here on a Monday around 11:30 for their buffet and it was fairly empty. The salad buffet was very fresh and tasty, but the setup is a little strange. You can’t reach the back row of items, but the staff was very helpful in getting a scoop of whatever you needed. It just would’ve been more convenient if you could reach everything yourself.
The staff immediately asked what kind of pizza we liked and proceeded to make the pizza we wanted, which came out before our salads were done. Their pepperoni pizza was well covered and crunchy, but a little spicy. It was also thick, which made it very filling.
The dessert pizza was a little tough, but tasted really good.
The game section included claw machines and a Galaga/PacMan arcade.

We live very close and this is our only pizza go-to! My husband says it best “their pizza is very easy to eat!” We love the thin crust and they’re very generous with toppings. Pizza reheats perfectly in the oven, too.

Service is always great, very friendly and always give us plenty of plates, utensils, parmessan and pepper flakes without even needing to ask. Great locally owned pizza place. Oh, and the pepperoni can’t be beat!

Excellent buffet for $12.99. The pizza here is really good. They advertise crispy pepperoni and it is on point. The crust was a perfect blend of soft with crispy bottom.

Salad bar was fresh and had a large variety. Friendly service, clean inside and Ms Pac Man.

This was by far the most expensive pizza have ever eaten. For 3 of us, our order consisted of 2 small pizzas, loaded cheese fries, cheesy garlic bread, churros, 2 waters (free) and one Diet Pepsi & it was $80!
Everybody that works here is very very nice, but service was not great at all.
The cheesy garlic bread and the churros were good, the cheese fries were soggy, and the pizzas had great presentation, but very very bland flavor, with no seasoning.
The atmosphere is great though; they have tons and tons of large TVs. We will not be back.

We can’t say enough about Mountain Mike’s Pizza and Wings! We were welcomed back by Garrick who is a hard worker and really got the job done with our orders. We scarfed our food down last time and finally remembered to take pics this time around. The pizza dough is the perfect amount of chew, crisp and crunch. The slices are also cut well and manageable. The food came out hot and in a timely fashion. Fun environment and great food! Please give them a try!

Pricey, but you get what you pay for. First timers and this looks to be our go to pizza place from now on! I do suggest corporate do a cost analysis on their napkins. They might find they spend less in the long run with a better quality. We went through a lot just because they were so thin and minimally absorbent.

One star, and only because zero isn’t an option.

Halloween is always our family’s pizza tradition, so I ordered early (4:30 PM) for a 6:30 PM delivery to avoid the dinner rush. The order was placed directly with the Keller Mountain Mike’s, not through a third-party app.

630pm came and went. Then multiple text updates saying the pizza was “on the way”… with no pizza.
I called the store three times, each time I was told they were busy and understaffed and that our food would arrive “soon.” I was patient and understanding.

When the food finally arrived, almost 90 minutes after our scheduled delivery time, it was:

• Cold (not warm — cold)
• Wrong wing flavor
• No ranch or blue cheese
• One safety seal broken and another missing

Food safety concern + accuracy issue + timing failure.

I called and spoke to Sophie, who was kind and apologized. She agreed to remake the order and have it ready for pickup in 15 minutes. We were relieved and grateful…

…until she called back minutes later saying her manager refused to replace it and that I should “take it up with DoorDash.”

Important note again: I did not order through DoorDash. Mountain Mike’s chose to use DoorDash to deliver, that’s between them, not me.

I was then handed to the manager, Emmett, who:

• Blamed DoorDash repeatedly
• Told me it was not their problem
• Stated he “spoke with the owner and they agree”
• Made it clear that neither he nor the owner cared to resolve it
• Told me to “get a refund from DoorDash” even though my order isn’t even in the DoorDash app
• Was dismissive and frankly antagonistic when I reminded him I am Mountain Mike’s customer, not DoorDash’s

We waited patiently over 1.5 hours past our delivery time, accepted the wrong items, forgave missing condiments, and still offered to drive to the store to pick up the remake ourselves.

Instead, we were met with:

❌ Zero accountability
❌ No customer service
❌ Blame-shifting
❌ Rude management
❌ Cold food that clearly sat out

They refused to replace the food, we never asked for a refund yet Emmett keep reminding me that they were not refunding.
Over $60 worth of pizza and wings, that didn’t rewarm well, what a waste.

What a disappointment, especially on a night meant for fun memories.
Do better, Keller Mountain Mike’s.

Courteous and kind were the employees. The pizza and sides were more then enough. The owner had time to visit us which was very nice. Plenty of toppings on the pizza also.

Had Mountain Mike’s Pizza for the first time about a week ago, it was really good! The staff was very nice! And, their pizza is great warmed up the next day! Can’t say that about other pizza I’ve had! 😉 a win win in my books, thanks!
