Time-tested, straightforward eatery serving generous Chinese dishes to eat in or take out.

I call in an order for takeout. The staff was super friendly and atentative. The cheese wontons are to die for, along with the egg roll!! The lemon chicken was very good. And ham fried rice I enjoyed I’m not usually a fan of fried rice and seems to me that didn’t have much flavor. I did not put any soy sauce or seasonings on it. I am sure that the leftovers will be even better as usually it takes 24 hours for flavors to meld. Highly recommended one of my new favorite takeout places in my new area. Will definitely return.☺️

Been looking for a new Chinese restaurant since our favorite one closed.
We now have a new favorite.
Everything was perfect. Cashew chicken and sweet and sour chicken was exactly what you would expect.
The wonton, egg roll and egg drop soup was perfect and so was the ham fried rice.

Lunch special is $10.95 and gets you soup, egg roll or wontons, fried or steamed rice, and your entree. Generous portions, wasn’t able to finish it all. But the food was fresh and hot when it came out and delicious. Will definitely be back to try other dishes!!

The lunch specials here are amazing. You get so much food, freshly made, and it’s delicious every time. The Pon Pon and Orange Chicken is heavily breaded and the sauces are savory-sweet and delicious. I’ve had take out and dine-in and the service is great and food always comes fast. Definitely one of my favorite spots for guilty pleasure food. Support local, family owned businesses!

Great, high quality food! The egg rolls and Pon Pon chicken are must haves!! We love this place, best Chinese in SLC! They also have super hot mustard if you’re into that.

We loove getting take out from Mountain City! Cashew chicken and peking beef are our go-to favorites. Food is delicious, always fresh! And I love their rice too. Stoked to find yummy chinese take out so close to home. Highly recommend.

I hadn’t been to this restaurant for many years. Tonight we tried two dinner combinations. The chicken with snow peas, beef chow mien, ham fried rice, fried shrimp, cream cheese wontons, hot and sour soup and egg drop soup were all great and much better than I remember them being in the past. In fact the only item that I didn’t think was excellent was the egg roll. It had a bit of an odd flavor. Service was friendly and the prices were fair.

Got takeout, disappointed and feeling a little ripped off. Got 2 combos for about $35. My beef chow Mein was about 1-1/2 cup of noodles and 5 small thin pieces of beef, no ham in ham fried rice, and egg drop soup was just that egg and soup soup no veggies like at other places.

Love this place! Sweet little locally owned restaurant. Super wonderful owners. Great service. Amazing food. The lunch specials can’t be beat. I try something new with every visit and it is always so delicious. Don’t miss the lettuce wraps. They are out of this world.

We’ve been here four times and it’s always been great. Their serving sizes are huge, almost enough for two people. Just tried the Pon Pon Chicken and loved it. My wife got the Sweet & Sour Chicken. Definitely worth the extra $1 for the ham fried rice. Unfortunately the are only doing take out right now, but we will definitely be back.
