Reviews
Friendly service from all staff.
Relaxed ambiance.
Well decorated and comfortable seating.
Really good menu choices. Delicious plentiful meals.
Recommend the Kahari
Toilets spotless and fresh.
Plenty of parking at rear.
Now don’t forget to order the rice separately. I assumed it was like most other Indian restaurants that it was included in the price & came along with my main dish.
Anyway all the food was lovely & tasty & the Peshwari naan came piping hot & the rice too, but what wasn’t hot – was my plate ️ it was only slightly warm & hopefully that will be rectified, for myself & others the next time that I pop in. My Mango shake that they call could have been a bit more thicker & even with the ice taken out it was still not as thick as Indian cottage in Stirling.
So there you have it my truthful review.
I thought after reading the many great reviews that someone would have picked up on that. It was good that my mixed starter was nice & crisp & the lettuce wasn’t that rubbishy kind that can stick in your throat. I had trouble trying to make out what the waitress was saying whose name I think was Madhab, but you might have more success than me & he was a pleasant guy.
FRIDAY 7YLTH NOV. 2025
Back in again for their lunchtime special & it was truly superb ANOTHER 10/10
Spotlessly clean. If you like Indian food this is the place to go. Plenty of parking at rear. Excellent value for money.
Chicken momos were juicy and went really well with the chutney it came with.
The lamb gorkha was deeply flavourful, well spiced, and had a nice sweet taste. The lamb was tender and not gamey and this combined for a very satisfying meal that left our stomachs warm and filled.
Service was warm and attentive. Would highly recommend!
