Historically, this was a fantastic place to eat. In the last few months, their quality standards have gone done. The sushi salmon has been fatty, the avocados frequently browning. But tonight, we received OLD TUNA. The festering OLD FISH smell was nauseating, and the texture was tough and even hard in some spots. One of the rolls even had skin on it. I don’t want to see Mount Fuji close, but THIS SUSHI IS NOT SAFE TO EAT. Especially since their register employee also keeps putting fresh sushi in the same bag as off-the-hibachi hot foods. ALSO NOT SAFE!! Bring back the safe standards, Mount Fuji… please!

Restaurant opens at 11. Waitresses didn’t even show up until 10 after 11. Told us it would be Atleast another half hour to heat up the grills. We said that’s fine we’re gonna get sushi. Lady told us they didn’t even have the sushi chefs there yet. How do you open a business at 11 but not even ready to be open. I’ll never go back again

My wife and I often eat at Mount Fuji and we have for several years now. I’d say we’ve eaten there roughly 30 plus times and have only had an issue once which was rectified almost immediately. Prices are definitely average, wait staff is friendly as well.

What an unbelievable joke. The “sushi” is like a pâte of the fish rather than pieces of fish and the rice is not cooked … its not even al dente. The shrimp cocktail(11$)… come on! Says jumbo in the menu, and the tempora veggies are overdone and over greasy. Do not waste your time or money here.
