I’m glad I gave it a try. I liked the veggie pizza. Unfortunately the combo pizza with the sausage was more salty than I like, though I can see how most everyone else would like it.
I think the appeal of this style of pizza is the crispy cheese edges. It’s pretty good, and worth a try.
The Lechon Kawali pizza is the showstopper. It takes everything you love about the iconic Filipino dish—rich, crispy pork belly—and translates it into pizza form without losing its soul. The pork is decadent and savory, and the liver sauce is the magic touch: deep, umami-packed, slightly funky in the best way, cutting through the richness and making every bite unforgettable. It’s creative, indulgent, and wildly satisfying.
The Adobo pizza is just as impressive, proving how beautifully Filipino flavors can live on a pizza canvas. The familiar tangy, garlicky, soy-vinegar notes of adobo come through clearly, balanced by cheese and crust in a way that feels both comforting and exciting. It’s familiar if you know adobo, and eye-opening if you don’t.
What Moto does so well is avoid gimmicks—these pizzas feel intentional, personal, and rooted in the Filipino heritage that inspired them. You can taste the pride and thought in every slice. Moto Pizza isn’t just serving great pizza; they’re telling a story, one incredible bite at a time. If you’re in Bellevue and want pizza that’s creative, deeply flavorful, and genuinely memorable, Moto is a must.
What caught my eyes was the unique pizza shape and the variety of options in their menu. Besides some basic pizzas, they have many interesting choices that really tailor to Asian taste. Our favorite is the crab pizza. This was our first time trying crab on pizza and it hit all the spots. Of course, the price will not be cheap because of the ingredients, but I think it’s totally worth it because of the quality of the pizzas.
Moto Pizza changed what I think about pizzas. It may not be a good choice if you prefer the traditional cheaper and rounder pizzas, but if you are a pizza fan and feeling a little bit adventurous, I would highly recommend to try this out.
