Love the food and the service is always good…but just curious (to go order only), do you all know that when someone orders mushrooms on the side, it always leaks all over everything? Don’t know if anyone has ever told you…but this location and the colonial heights location are the same…mushroom juice everywhere everytime.

All in all the food is ok. If u can get it right. I do a lot of call in and pick up orders. Usually the young lady answering the phone won’t give u time to speak and say what u want so a lot of the times the order isn’t made correctly. So then u have to go back in get it fixed which they act like ur wrong for. Food is good when it’s done correctly. So customer service isn’t the greatest. So please quit asking what else for u on repeat and give people a chance to tell u what they actually want. Interrupting while someone is ordering is rude for one and for two it wld save u on incorrect orders.

Every time we order here multiple times a week they always always mess up our orders.. And when we call it in they never ever let u talk to complete what ur saying about the order. We have to get our to go order n take it outside n take it all out of the bag n check it and then have to take it back inside to have it fixed.

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our waitress was wonderful! Service was fast. I can’t say enough good things about the food. The Chicken Egg Rolls are the best egg rolls I’ve ever had. I got the Yakiniku, the beef was cooked perfectly and the teriyaki sauce they used is so good. The portions are also huge!

Usually good until this last visit. When the food arrived, we noticed that the carrots were a strange color. And they didn’t have the usual taste we were used to eating there. Within minutes of eating some of the food there, I became sick at my stomach. Then my husband became sick a few minutes later. We are both disappointed in the restaurant and probably won’t go there again.

Highly recommend. The staff is always friendly and the establishment is always clean. The food always taste fresh and is always hot. I love the ability to watch the chefs cook meals. Truly a dinner and show type of moment. Based on my experiences Motos is always a great stop.

Food is great. Phones are busy due to having one line. I’ve seen workers take orders back to back for 25 minutes, while wait for food on a very busy night. They are worth the wait. If you can’t get through the phone you can always place the order inside. The employees are great and do the best they can. If you’re wanting to dine in or place a Togo 8- 8:15 seems to be the last call for orders.
