I came here on 2 separate occasions and each time, service was great! The food is amazing and look at the Benny buns! So amazing. Ramen was great but I prefer a good mix of vegetables and meat in my ramen. If you like a lot of meat, this is the right place for you. This is the best strawberry lemonade I have ever had. Not just power lemonade.

Such a cool spot! The service was phenomenal, and our server was attentive and offered tons of good suggestions. 100% would go back to take part in the fantasy sumo league.

Ramen soup broth was saturated in oil. Edamame was NOT steamed with salt (traditional Japanese Edamame), it was greasy and saturated in oil (see photos). Food came out and appetizers were forgotten about by waiter. Music was blaring loud. When asked to lower slightly, the waiter said NO because the music is part of the “Japanese” ambiance. Unacceptable and a huge let down !!

I don’t know where to start so I’ll start with the rooftop patio, it is spectacular! We chose this place for a birthday celebration and I can’t think of a more fitting place to celebrate someone. Parking is a little bit of struggle but worth it for this place. Service is a little slow, but for good reason and I didn’t really mind it as it allowed me to spend more time with my group. Now let’s talk about the food – I will go to moto-i again especially for the Brussels sprouts (wasabi honey fried sprouts, spicy peanuts, sub vegan mayo). Add in the tofu lettuce wraps and a flight of sake to finish the experience. Overall, it was a perfect experience and I can’t wait to go back. There is a great inside seating area that I will try in the future, but while we’re in summer mode and have beautiful weather this is the patio and the place to be in the evenings.

aaaaaah so glad i picked out this place last night! definitely coming back. a cool place; we sat down at a cute sit-down table. i got the bibimbap with mock duck and he got the spicy drunken noodles, both were absolutely amazing. the service was top notch. i also got to taste some sake on the house. a fun experience for sure.

The atmosphere is nice and the food looked very appetizing. We loved their drink menu, their non-alcoholic drinks were spectacular! I highly recommend the Garden Party. There is a button on the table you can press for assistance, and our waiter did a good job responding promptly to it. The pork buns were a nice starter, but it was a bit soggy on the bottom which made the texture off. The classic ramen was decent, but the broth tasted diluted and salty. The bibimbap flavors were also unbalanced and lacking. Overall, it is a nice ambience with great drinks, but if you’re really looking for flavor, you might not get it here. There is also 12% added to the bill that is not gratuity. Still a lovely place that is worth checking out once, we may try some other dishes that might work better for us, but I would not personally recommend this place to my friends.

My wife & I went to Moto-i this past Thursday (3/16) for dinner. It was my birthday and I wanted to have ramen so we decided to give it a shot!

The best ramen I’ve tried in MN. We just stumbled upon this place, and I’m so happy we did. The ramen was full of flavor and the noodles were a perfect texture. The bowl had a lot of ingredients as well and it was a great sized portion. It’s slightly more expensive than a basic ramen place but you’re definitely paying for quality.

Ordered a bun which was good. A drink which was good no issues. But the JFC I ordered was undercooked and raw inside didn’t realize until it was too late due to dim lighting… no issues with service disappointed though with the food. Don’t see how they can charge a 12% wellness fee and not check if they’re serving properly cooked food to customers
