Overall 8/10, will definitely be back!
If you’re ordering seafood, it’s made to order, best to call 10-15 minutes ahead. Meatloaf and chicken dishes readily available.
The salmon was good but over charred, slightly overcooked, shrimp is lightly dusted and fried, not overcooked.
Star of there’s show surprisingly was the meatloaf. Really close to homemade, moist and flavorful, ketchup a bit on the sweet side. Still delicious, nothing worse than dry meatloaf.

The fries and whitening were soggy due to the container not being aired out. The flavor was fine. The fries would’ve been great if they cooked more and crispy. Their tartar is so good. The cornbread wasn’t good. Crumbled so much and the flavor wasn’t anything special. I’d come here if I was going to eat the food fresh from the fryer.

Food was pretty good but not worth the 40 minutes i waited. Place was clean but staff was unfriendly and lacked customer service skills. They were more concerned with Uber eats and other food delivery services. I ordered jerk chicken, cabbage and mac and cheese for myself and fish and chips for my husband. I tried to buy 1 fried chicken wing, I was told I had to get an entire order. I also paid an extra $1.50 for 2 slices of white bread. Overall if unfriendly staff and long wait times don’t matter to you, then go for it. First bad impression for me, not returning.

The staff was incredibly rude, and I witnessed a food service employee engaging in unsanitary practices. This restaurant used to be so good back in late 2020, early 2021. The portion size was great and the prices back in Uber Eats was affordable. Now the portion size is ridiculously small and the prices are going up and up. I paid over 20 dollars for a plate of Mac and cheese, candy yams, and turkey wings, and the portion size was embarrassing. Maybe going in person is the better option because ordering online will have you regret spending your money on something that is hit or miss on a good day…

DO NOT EAT HERE. I would give the service 0 stars if I could. The girl at the register who takes your order is rude and nasty. She was rude to my grandmother as she was taking her order and I had to step in to finish the order to make sure the disrespect wasn’t taken further. Furthermore, when she was dishing out the food, no gloves were used and I didn’t see no hands being washed, after dirty money was handled. Next to make it worse, I found a piece of plastic in the greens. You can also tell the greens aren’t washed properly, it tasted gritty like glass was in the greens, then surprise surprise, I find a piece of plastic. The food is disgusting, the young girl who works at the front, is worse, very nasty attitude. She wasn’t friendly, didn’t greet us, was rude to us, and I would never tell anyone to come here. Steer clear of here.

Ordered through grubhub. The food was gross. The sweet potatoes were raw (crunchy) and unseasoned. The fish portions in both the meal and the sandwich were TINY. Each fish fillet was smaller than a child portion chicken tender. There were 3 tiny scallops that represented 1/4 lb of scallops. The food was salty but unseasoned. Will never order from here again. Should have gotten dressed and gone to BedStuy Fish Fry

Don’t walk… RUN to this restaurant and thank me later!! The mac and cheese, yams, catfish, garlic mash were SOOO GOOOD!!! Well seasoned and plentiful!! Be warned that their delivery margaritas while tasty costs way too much for the amount given.

Don’t bother-you may or MAY NOT get what you ordered and anyone you speak to about your order doesn’t care about whether you got what you ordered. Honestly, much of the food is edible, but they have packaged up whatever they have and sent it as opposed to what’s ordered. The Mac and cheese is very good, but I won’t order again because I am not into rolling dice as it pertains to ordering food.
