I stopped in here for dinner Saturday night with some friends, after just getting back into town. We had Christiana(Christie) as our waitress for the night and thanks to her, our dinner experience was highly elevated!
The food was incredible(I had the cowboy bowl) but the service was on-time and professional. Christiana was very attentive to our needs, welcoming and had a high level of energy towards serving our group.
100% I will be back!
If you’re in Scottsdale looking for good food & good vibes, I recommend checking this place out & I hope you have Christie as your server! You won’t be disappointed!

The atmosphere is fabulous, as there is plenty of games and activities. The bartender was great. She really engaged with her people. A little sliders were OK a bit greasy for me overall I enjoyed them.

Tons of TVs, great visibility from every seat at every table. And you can make a reservation which is rare for a sports bar! Bree was super attentive and made sure we got everything we needed. Happy hour menu is great value. They give lots of limes with vodka soda and moscow mules, usually you have to beg for that at bars. My only piece of feedback is the food menu could use more vegetarian options.

The service and place itself was fine. I got food to take home (grilled cheese and soup, they ran out of soup de jour so they gave us broccoli cheddar) I picked it real quick wish I read the menu more, but yeah, the sandwich was sooooooo salty and the broccoli cheddar soup was like butter and oil and broccoli. It had no flavor. My boyfriend who will eat anything – couldn’t eat but a few bites. I did have the nachos while we were hanging out there – pretty good. Bummer though.

I never leave reviews, but I feel genuinely compelled to share my experience because of how upset I am. I have always enjoyed it here, but my most recent visit was completely ruined by a server named Julia.
From the moment she approached our table, her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than customers who come in regularly. Her tone was rude, her service was slow, and she showed zero effort or care throughout the entire visit. It was honestly shocking compared to the great service I’ve had from every other staff member here. Because of her, the entire experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I’ve loved this place for so long, but after this interaction, I don’t know if I’ll be coming back. No customer should be made to feel the way she made us feel. Mother Tucker Tavern is better than this. I hope management addresses it, because losing loyal customers over one server is unacceptable.

First time visiting Mother Tucker’s and it was so much fun! Not only was the atmosphere relaxed, but the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great visit, will be back and definitely recommend you visit!

This place was unnecessarily loud. Extremely loud. So loud that you had to scream – literally scream – for the person next to you to hear you. I looked around and nobody was talking. All the tables were full of people who were just watching the big screens but not interacting. I guess this is not the place for interaction so if that’s what you’re looking for don’t come here. If you’re looking to make your ears bleed and have your brain smashed like scrambled eggs then this is the place for you. Additionally, the servers were run off their feet because there were so few of them, so we had to wait a long time between check-ins from our server.

Amazing atmosphere! Tried out the grilled cheese and scotch egg, my friend tried the chicken bao bun and everything was delicious! Service has been amazing, bartenders are super friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back!
