I knew our food would be great based on all the laughter I heard while the guys were prepping it! I had shrimp tacos that were TO DIE FOR!!! The fish and chips were amazing. Real freshly made potatoes chips, thin and crisp. I was wrong lunch was way better than great. I will be back!

Awesome shrimp tacos, great service from the gal in the green beanie. I ordered at 6:58 pm on a cold Tuesday night in winter, not realizing they closed at 7 pm, and she threw it together for me quickly. the tacos were tasty and fresh. Thanks so much.

Mother Shuckers offered excellent food at an extremely reasonable price, one that I would have purchased for double, it was that good!
We ordered the Fish Tots—which were at the top of the menu for a reason, as they were light, perfectly crispy on the outside, not greasy at all, and had the most wonderful blend of various fish flavors—and they came with the most amazing homemade tartar sauce that featured the perfect blend of spices and herbs. We also ordered the Shrimp Po Boy—which had perfectly cooked and seasoned shrimp accompanied by an array of fresh veggies in a soft, not too chewy bun—the Steelhead Tacos—which although only coming with 2, filled our stomachs as if it were 4 or more, and included some of the best steelhead full-stop I have ever tasted—and some oyster shooters—which were extremely fresh and wonderfully balanced with cocktail and horseradish sauce!
The food was exquisite, the service was quick and inviting, and the Podski food truck pod is a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere!

Literally the best place I ate in bend Oregon.
The service was insane the gentleman quickly popped out the shooters my buddy ordered, without him having to wait for the text.
I ate here twice. Not big on oysters but wow we’re they insanely great.
The shrimp and peppers is amazing!
Also the vibe is cool outdoor seating fire bit some music with a brewery thete and nice bathrooms as well indoors.

Shrimp tacos needed a little more sauce but fresh tasting. Calamari fries were really good the marinara sauce had ALOT of horse radish. Slightly pricey.
