If you are looking for a clean, healthy protein drink, you have got to try these!!! This mango smoothie is absolutely incredible and definitely the best smoothie I’ve ever purchased! The owner is so kind and informative. I’m just sad that we don’t have a Mother Natures Cafe where I live. What a gem of a find on my trip!!!

Love this family owned business. It’s inside of LA Fitness but it’s worth it. The owners are very mindful of ingredients and make a delicious chocolate smoothie. They also had protein balls which tasted really good and were high in protein. Highly recommend if you’re looking for keto-friendly and organic ingredients.

One of the must visit place for health conscious people!!they have some amazing 100% natural smoothies without any sweetener or preservatives.The place is very clean with a humble and knowledgeable owner who is a nutritionist himself!!they have many combos of smoothies and one of the hot cake is the Belly buster!!they have dry blends too which one can take home and make a smoothie wenever needed without actually worrying about all the ingredients and measurements and all the cumbersome work in busy hours of a day!and the best part is u can store the blends for 4 months!!!!!The store also have 100%natural turmeric paste with /without honey which as we know is extremely beneficial in any kind of inflammation or infection especially for upper respiratory tract infections.The place is truly a hidden gem and I love going there and bring back my stock of dry blends for weeks!

I had an amazing experience at Mother Nature Cafe! I ordered the Belly Burner Smoothie and a tea, and both were absolutely delicious. The smoothie was refreshing, perfectly blended, and packed with wholesome ingredients that left me feeling energized. The tea had a smooth, soothing flavor that complemented the smoothie perfectly.
Beyond the drinks, the Man Sharma was warm and inviting, and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Man recommended the tea (which was delicious). You can tell they truly care about quality and wellness. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to—highly recommend!

Since I started coming to this LA Fitness a year ago, I’ve enjoyed the protein drinks from here. The Belly Buster is my favorite! I’ve noticed that it’s helped me lose weight and maintain my gut health very well. Along with proper diet and exercising. I’m glad that this place is here and they provide great service. George is one of the best employees along with the owner who provide helpful information and knowledge of the benefits of drinks they serve. I’m glad they’re here at this gym.
