Came here with my father and wife. The place is clean and nicely decorated. All of the staff were so helpful and kind, especially with my 80 year old dad. We live here , (originally from LA) and the food reminds us so much of our old stomping grounds. Try the fish and shrimp tacos, fresh,bright flavor. The esquite (corn cup) was incredible too. We also tried the weekend special taquitos which were crunchy and flavorful especially dipped in their recommended queso dip. We will definitely be back! Thank you Mother Chorizo’s!

Good Mexican food in Montana? ABSOLUTELY! This place rivals Mexican food only found in Mexico! Christian and his boys in the back are cooking up hands down is the best Mexican food not only in the Valley but in all of Montana! The queso is easily the best Queso I’ve ever had, the amount of meat you get on the tacos and burritos is next level and the taste (the most important part) makes this place a 10/10. Did I meantion the bar? The signature margaritas are not only amazing in flavor but pack a punch! Michelle and Mikel are so nice and friendly! The whole place is a vibe! If you you haven’t been here you need to come soon, and often! Let’s make Mother Chorizos a Lakeside Landmark!!!

Food was great but they put white rice in my burrito instead of Spanish rice. The quesadilla can be ordered with a choice of meat and had a ton of cheese. It was really good. The seats were good except for the bench seats that were in severe need of being resprung. I had to move to a chair. Prices are really good. It was kinda like a cross between a fast food restaurant and regular sit down because there are no waitresses, you order in the back and they give you a pager for when your food is ready. They have plastic utensils and have these odd metal plates with a rim around them. I will be going back, but next time I might call ahead and do takeout.

Mother Chorizos Cantina is a MUST TRY here in the Flathead Valley – best Mexican food I’ve personally ever had, great variety, awesome owner. Tasty every single time and never misses! My husband loved the street tacos so much he had to go back and get more through next day. The burrito was so big I had a meal two days in a row. The quesadilla was delicious. The homemade horchata is exceptional. Lakeside just got better in my opinion.
