Most Wanted BBQ – Downtown Leavenworth, KS
Stopped in today and tried the Rib Tip Combo special, which came with a drink and a side. I chose the baked beans, and they were absolutely delicious—rich, hearty, and full of flavor. The rib tips were tender, meaty, and flavorful, with a nice char that worked well with their sweet house BBQ sauce. That sauce really tied it all together—balanced, smooth, and a great match for the ribs.
What really stood out, aside from the food, was the atmosphere. I had the chance to meet Amber and Josh, the owner and cook. Both were very kind, welcoming, and respectful—exactly the type of people you want to support in your community.
If you’re ever in downtown Leavenworth, this spot is well worth a visit. Great food, great people, and an authentic BBQ experience. Today’s rib tip special hit the spot, and next time I’ll be back to try the pulled pork!

First time here. The visual history of Leavenworth lining the walls is awesome. Service was great! We got a half slab of ribs and burnt ends. The ribs were very tender and flavorful. The house sauce is very good. Not a fan of alot of vinegar, and it smelled like a lot, but oddly we couldn’t taste it. The burnt ends were a bit dry, but other than that, we will be back!

My wife and I stopped in today for lunch. She got the tenderloin and I got the brisket sandwich. The brisket was pretty good, just a little on the dryer side. Her tenderloin turned out fantastic, one of the best she’s had (her words)
