I can’t stress enough how great the food is here, so very tasty. Cooked amazing well.

My wife had a chicken katsu burger… oh my lord! Amazing.

Plum wine

The conveyor to pull off plates is also a really nice touch.

There’s four of us having lunch, all equally impressed.

Highly recommended!

Booked here for an anniversary meal. Was not disappointed the service was great the food was amazing with lots to choose
From including from the menu and from the sushi conveyor belt. Limited beer options but that’s to be expected.

What a delight to partake in the great Moshimo vegan challenge. A welcome return following a six year hiatus. Each offering was a delightful culinary experience. Already looking forward to next year’s challenge.

Hello! I’m happy to share my review. We came with my son for a dinner. We have membership with you and order a lot of items. Also we order soft shell crab. It was really bad. The crab was not cleaned and had all the unprocessed food inside. It also smelled bad and had a bitter, unpleasant taste. I informed the waiter about this. Instead, he said that he had spoken to the manager and he said that this was the absolute norm. The crab was not removed from the account, which I was very surprised about. I think that customer service and product quality are worth working on.

Disappointing visit, would not recommend

This visit was quite a letdown overall. The restaurant felt unclean, and the bathrooms were unpleasant with two taps not working and no tissues available to dry hands.

The food was below expectations. The ribs, which were advertised as “fall off the bone,” were hard, dry and chewy. The sauce did not help, and I had to send them back. The chicken katsu was bland and served somewhat cold, as was the rice, even though the waiter said it had been freshly made. The sushi was another disappointment, with very overcooked rice that ruined the texture, although the salmon and avocado inside were fresh and enjoyable.

There were a few positives. The presentation of the dishes was very nice. The vegetable tempura had a lovely batter and the gluten free option was inclusive and thoughtful. The gyoza were soft and the sauce paired well. I also appreciated that gluten free soy sauce was available.

Service was another weak point. The waiters mostly stood around chatting to each other, and a member of our group had to get up twice to get their attention because they were not paying attention to tables.

In summary, while there were some nice touches, the poor hygiene, disappointing food and inattentive service make this a place I would not recommend.

Great evening of vegan food for the Great Moshimo Vegan Challenge 25th Birthday! Although this was a specific vegan event, this place always has a fantastic vegan menu, well worth visiting

Atmosphere was a bit quiet as there was a huge storm outside so it was less busy than usual. It’s normally lively and enjoyable though.

Food was exceptionally good, as it always is here. Great value, especially with the annual members card. Fantastic variety, catering for veggies and vegans too, yay!

Would love a bit more vegan protein that isn’t fake meat, but hey, I’m not complaining, just gently suggesting!

Staff are always friendly, capable, available and competent.

All in all a reliably fantastic restaurant with great prices, wonderful food, super service and a friendly vibe.

Highly recommended!

The menu is simple with not much thrills. Simplistic you could say. Ordered a big sushi boat (£100)and few sides and noodles. The food came out in good time and the waitress was accommodating and doing her best, thumbs up to her. The food itself was disappointing and not very good vfm. Ribs were very dry, the teriyaki chicken was going on dry, the noodles lacked any umpff, the sushi was fine but not worth the money in my opinion.

A great experience with super reasonable prices. We went at peak times without a reservation and they still gave us attentive service and a good table.
We got the bento boxes and some Japanese tapas- worked out £20 pp and we were absolutely stuffed. They have a sushi conveyor belt if that’s what ur into, and although we didn’t have it, it was a novel experience to see it all happen. Would absolutely recommend.
