Social Profile:

Always delicious and friendly service. The restaurant is nice and comfortable always as well and nicely lit. The gyoza and fried rice are amazing (all of their dumplings are amazing). If you are hungry, it’s a good place to go with large portions. Plenty of drinks to pick from as well. Becoming one of my favorite places to eat. Just as good ordering delivery too.

Sadly an underwhelming experience. We have ordered Gyôza Crispy Skin as a starter and ramens as mains.

Gyôza were very dried out, probably spent too much time exposed to the air.

Ramens tasted OK, but nothing I would like to repeat.

We’ve paid 48€ including two beers. Not exactly a cheap place to have lunch.

Not coming back anytime soon. Wouldn’t recommend.

Always friendly service and a nice vibe. Recommended to sit outside to enjoy the view of the castle and bustling square (inside it’s a bit dark).
Our favourite options (Mosch pokebowl vegan with tempeh and vegan tantanmen) are always excellent! But we find that other options on the menu can be hit and miss. Portion sizes make the high price acceptable!
My personal wish would be to see a (vegan) sesame ramen on the menu – thank you <3

The curry was tasty, seasoned very well and the chicken breast slices were good too. Unfortunately the rice seemed to be dried out and feel like it’s been cooked for a while.

Our experience with MoschMosch in Darmstadt was very mediocre. There were very few customers in the restaurant and we were hoping to have a great day. The lemonades were very taste neutral. The main course of ramen noodles was very disappointing, the noodles were almost raw and very uncooked. The soup was very savory at first but when we complained about the noodles we got a new batch of soup which wasn’t very pleasant to the taste. The second batch of noodles were fortunately cooked through. No one even said sorry about the food and nothing was discounted from the bill. This is very disappointing because we love ramen noodles and have been to Japan and were hoping to have a very pleasant experience in Germany, this was not the case. Will I go back with the family or suggest this restaurant to my friends… Currently I don’t think so, this is really sad.

Friendly staff, nice food and a good take a way bowl, really big portion so I was unable to finish it, slightly spicey but can be made less on request. Atmosphere really good and nice vibes, it is slightly pricey but good food. Das Essen was sehr lecker.

Nice place with Japanese cuisine in the heart of the city. It seems quite popular as there was a lot of people even though there’s also COVID check required.
The staff is nice and helpful, they can speak and have menu in English, they willingly pick the best dishes for you. Our ramens were really tasty, I also recommend dumplings a lot.
The whole place has somewhat nice atmosphere and even though it was full of people it was cold. Toilets were a little dirty.
I’d like to come there again and try their tonkatsu!

The food was totally unauthentic and just not ‚Japanese‘ the ton-(pig)-Katsura was chicken and vet greasy and dry – the red Kare sauce industrial and nondescript

I will not be coming back here and would not encourage anyone to come here who has tasted the original version. However the vegetable were cooked al dente and their vegetarian offering seems decent, but that is not the point for a ‚japanese‘ restaurant.

The newest Koren BBQ Fried Mushroom is a must-try. Pretty pricey but for the kind staff, amazing atmosphere and high quality food, it’s worth it!! I had so many core memories in this restaurant.

MoschMosch is a very modern Asian restaurant. They offer a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. The menu is well organised and not too big or small. The ambience is cozy and the service is super super friendly. I had the dish of they day (vegan chicken with an orange sauce) it was sooo yummy and the portion was quite big. Prices are okay too.
